It’s says I wagered $500 . Of the $500 I wagered I only had 5 wins over $10 on slots. I bet between .60-$1 per spin I maybe had 4 bonuses in that span. Disappointed. If you want to lose your money quicker than the other apps then This is GoldenNuggetOnlineCasino for you. It’s also really glitchy. Every spin on slots the game would freeze then start back up. 7/1 I made another deposit to see if GoldenNuggetOnlineCasino improved…….. well no. Had my account for less than 2 days. Off my $5 deposit and the sign up bonus I won around $200 and they immediately locked my account saying I had another account which I did not. Uploaded requested documents until they wanted a bank statement for a bank account that isn’t mine which makes it impossible to upload it so therefore account locked for good with money still in it. Luckily I was able to get a couples dollars out the first day but still a very horrible experience.

I’m sure the good reviews are fake and you can tell they are, the promotions are awful and they very rarely have any, the original golden nugget had way better promotions, this is basically DraftKings, you may get a win or two then that’s it, they will just take take Take, these online casinos have gotten worse and worse the past several months the greed is horrific! Giving a 1 star review is an insult to the star itself. I’ve been a DK customer 6 years. I received a link via DK to sign up, so I signed up however it signed me up with a different email that’s on my phone causing a mix up between my account and my deceased uncles account. They didn’t flag it though, they let me deposit wager and win. I won $200. Once I went to withdrawal they locked my account for “operating 2 accounts”. I then uploaded the necessary documents and got my account unlocked. I was smart enough to know that if they didn’t change the email to the one matching my DK it would lock again so I reached out 8 times trying to get them to change my email, no luck. So I went ahead and tried to withdrawal and they locked it again. Now they have changed my email but made me uploaded 3 forms of identification to be verified. I’ve been waiting 6 days since that & 11 days in total and still no update on my account being unlocked. I’d say stick to Draftkings or better yet Fanduel.

Contacted customer support after receiving a fraud report showing that while I was at the hospital with my mother, my teenage son had saw my phone laying on the counter needed in a rush I forgot it and he took it upon himself to go in their app and lost $2,500 without my permission and I LITERALLY got told oh well that’s not their fault or their problem. So they’re willing to keep money that my teenage son stole from me, while also not caring at all that they openly acknowledged that they understand that a minor gambled my money away on their app which in itself is a crime on their part.

Idk what happened since Draft Kings bought this site but its nothing good. The a high 5 games are my go to . They use to be games I may not win a ton but u could play them for awhile befor u lost. Now my last experience took be down 30$ like in 5 min. Right around when this game was ready to hit nope game froze. Had to reload the game. Took me down more then kicked me off again . I opted into the deposit match promotion and deposited the maximum. Rather than playing through my cash, I decided I would withdraw my money. However, my money was locked in my account with no way to forfeit the bonus and withdraw my cash. It took five days of chatting with “support” via email since there is no over the phone support for Pennsylvania. I was told to do the same thing several times and I did not have access to an option to forfeit this bonus to retrieve my money. It’s almost identical to DraftKings casino, with fewer games (a lot fewer slots, no Spanish 21, etc.). This and DK are the smoothest functioning casino apps in PA.
