Stay away from BingoGolden if you’re using your own money Loved this game until I would hit the play button and screen just went blank but when I got back on it had deducted my money and scored me a zero. this has happened 5 or 6 times. Each time I have contacted them using the contact us button. I have never gotten a response. I gave them multiple chances to make it right. I guess I’m stupid to continue playing after the second time it happened. It’s one thing to lose a game but it’s theft when it takes yor money and you don’t even get to play the game. I play several other bingo apps and it has never happened on any of them

BingoGolden isn't even made in this country, and they don't speak English obviously I'd be careful if u can. don't take chances on luther country games irs extremely hard to get a lawsuit of any kind going. went thru a game lawsuit from swisterland i did not get involved but the people got all their money back and lost all progress now it's owned by zynga now and ruined. regardless if u want to win free food, vacation, or free stays at hotels check out vegas my strip casino. u earn rewards points so my husband and i went on the game for a room, show and free food and 200 in free play. all from that app.

I had gotten myself up to $77 in winnings and had doubled what I deposited, I was really excited, I was enjoying the game and it’s a lot of fun the graphics are great and it’s definitely addictive. But then I went to try and withdraw my winnings and saw that there is no withdraw option. I googled and searched all over the internet trying to see if maybe I’m missing it somewhere and anytime I search “battle bingo” nothing even comes up for battle bingo it’s always “bingo clash” which is apparently a whole separate game. I swear I’ve looked anywhere and it only give options to deposit money and nothing about withdrawing. I even had found a Reddit page of people asking the same problems so I guess that just makes BingoGolden as a whole a scam. You can only pay to play but you cannot withdraw your earnings so I just deleted it as a whole it’s not worth it. I could’ve really used that $77.

I’ve played this game for almost a year and I’ve been lucky to have actually won a bit of money a few times it does take quite a long time for them to release it to PayPal but eventually I got it up until the last time it has showed processing then it went to transferring now it’s back to processing again, I’ve emailed support and no one will bother to reply, I was really enjoying this game and had a lot of people join it because of what I told them how fun it was and you could get lucky every now and then but now it seems I’m getting screwed over sadly I’ll have to let all my friends know and we will all have to leave this game and find a new one we all enjoy and can talk about that is honest and if someone wins release there winnings, I used to say this was a 10 star game but after this it’s dropped to a 2

there’s so many apps that scam people that I just kind of waited to do a review. So far it seems pretty fair with the players that they put into the games everyone all about the same levels. I will do an update once I get to an amount that I want to withdraw you can withdraw a really low amount I think it’s three dollars but I’d like to keep winning a little bit and see what happens and the customer service is awesome too so so far I have no complaints.

My first one got taken down. It’s now been over 48 hours since I’ve received standard message from support asking about rewards from inviting friends. I only received three out of four yet it shows I have four friends and have battled all of them. I’m still new to the game myself so this doesn’t look good. Plus I didn’t even mention the fact that none of them received the$3 the invite says they will receive. They all only got $1 which makes me look bad. I totally enjoy the game but doesn’t make me want to deposit real money if I can’t get simple help from customer support. My other friend asked a simple question and also got the same 24 hour response quote and they have yet to get help either. And the question should be in the FAQ section to begin with nor should it take over 36 hours for a response either. Do better and help me out.

Game is fun but it would be nice if they would keep the 6 diamond entry option always available instead of taking that option away. Or even offering a lower diamond entry fee for the ones that have a low amount of diamonds and don’t want to spend money to play the game. I understand the developers trying to make money but also consider the players that may be on a fixed income or just can’t afford to pay to play and just need an outlet for relaxation purposes or just playing for fun and don’t care about winning money. Also when you spin the wheel it seems to always land on the same amount which is a penny in my case. These game’s always seem to be rigged to take and not give. Sad

I don’t know why more people don’t see what I see: this game is totally rigged! I say it from personal experience of someone who is extremely good at Bingo and have been very successful on several other game apps, such as Bingo Cash and Bingo Tour. There are practically no rewards, a few gems the most you can ever get, and minuscule cash rewards once a week. Whenever you gather enough gems or pennies to play for money, you can never win regardless of how well you played and how high your score is, there will be others, with fake profiles/avatars ahead of you, even if you are playing in the middle of the night. I am sure you have heard of algorithms? Well, here they block you from winning any cash, which makes BingoGolden a total waste of your precious time. I have just deleted it and I recommend you do the same.

I was amazed to win $$$ in the first 2 minutes of play after downloading this game! Bingo Battle matches you with players who receive the same cards and time allotment so it’s totally fair play. The graphics are awesome and it’s really easy to learn with the tutorial if you haven’t played before. Just follow the directions and score as many bingos as quickly as you can. I have played many bingo games and this one is a definite keeper! So what are you waiting for? Download Battle Bingo and go get some fast cash!

Still no deposit since July 14th. Customer support is always someone saying something else. Total scam. Horrible support. You cannot reach app support from this page. Don’t download or deposit any of your own cash because even if you win you won’t get it back. I enjoyed the game but if the money you win is stolen and you cannot actually reach a person it’s shady. I’ve caught them in lies. It’s a bummer acerna studios is now off my phone and anyone else I know. Update no deposit still, and some more excuses. I don’t have a email from anyone from acerna. Nothing on PayPal or in my email. I’m not depositing anymore money to show my a. PayPal is legit roving me once was enough. Then saying I charged it pack but it’s very much there in my list of transactions.

At first I was super excited, I saw snoop dog and he called me a lady. Unfortunately, however… it’s a scam 😂. The almighty dollar. It’s interesting that apple allows these apps on here that have these “high profile” faces, that probably (I hope) don’t know they’re being used to support these apps full of lies and false promises. I guess it’s possible, someone is making money off these apps… def not the players though. It’s also almost impossible to leave a review, have to leave the ad and go into the actual App Store and even then if you select 1 or two the keyboard will glitch out. Do better, apple. This is what would be expected from the early days of jailbreaking, the fact that they allow this money sham on their store speaks volumes on the current and forgoing values of the company 🙄

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This game is a complete ripoff. I have played several cash game and at the end when you click Bingo, the button would turn a darker color or just not let you click it… causing you to lose money and your game. I had contacted support and they said after “previewing” it, they found nothing was wrong with the button and suggested I have a cracked screen or I just stared at the button too long and didn’t click it. don’t waste your time or money on this game. Bingo clash is way better and I’ve never had an issue with the games.

I started off playing with gems. Won enough to enter lower-cost cash games and found I could win a little, so I decided to make a small deposit. The “caller” doesn’t have an annoying voice like some of the other video games, and no one yells BINGO throughout the entire game (thank God), which are both pluses to me. I haven’t tried to cash out yet amd probably won’t unless I get above $30 in winnings, so I’ll update the review if/when I have that experience and let ya’ll know.

I have been playing this game for quite a while now and had no issues. I recently noticed that a game has not been available to play that I had been playing everyday since I started (up to $70 with a fee payment of $4). I have tried reaching out to support for over a week now to fix the issue with no response, although the automated message said they would respond within 24hrs. I just need the game back up on my dashboard so that I can go back to enjoying this game. If this wasn’t an issue I would definitely have given 5 stars. I’ll change my rating if they do respond!

This was my first bingo game and I was dubious when I first started playing. I was lucky to accumulate $20 dollars of winning the first few days and I decided to cash out. It has been 14 days since I submitted the request but it’s still processing when they claimed to send you money within 7 days. Also since I cashed out, I went from placing first every few games to always 6-8th place.

Update: I have finally received the money, while the game process your earning slow, at least they do pay it in the end if you persist

I love the game.... however, I had about $40 and some change in my bank.... I entered one of those limited time events that cost about $5 to play. I received a network connection error message with a button to try to reconnect...I hit the button three times and just exited out because the message kept coming up and I was never able to play the game. My bank was depleted to $4.90 and I still hadn't played a game yet. I went through the support chat and they told me that I would receive my refund in 3 business days... It has been a few weeks and still no refund. Not cool.

So the only way to earn diamonds to be able to play is to pay for them and then you have the lucky wheel that you get once a day. There a couple other ways you get free diamonds. Now the unlucky wheel is why I here, I’m not really here to spend money and the lil funds I do win, I risk and lose them back immediately. So the LW is my way of getting diamonds and being able to play. Idk if it’s the algorithm or what but how does you constantly give the same gift after a spin, (you only get 6 a day) if you give me 10 diamonds 3 times in a row on 3 different occasions. Then do it again with a 40% off coupon which only last 2-3 minutes lol. On to the next Bingo game!!!

Just started playing the game today, I had a total of $.90 and I closed BingoGolden for a minute, when I reopened it, I spun the wheel & won 10 cents and I look up at my cash total and I have a total of only 10 cents!!!! I was about to play a cash match but now I can’t because I only have a dime in my account. Idk how to reach out to anyone but I’m really aggravated. And since this was literally my first time playing the game and not even one hour in I’m already having this issue, I’m only going to give it 1 star. ( 10cents in my account earned 1⭐️ from me!) I never write reviews but now I have to. Do not deposit money because once you deposit the money does not go into your account. Do not win money you will never receive it, they will tell you when you first ask where’s my withdrawal they will say send us a screenshot of your PayPal account a identification card or utility bill and the debit card attached to your PayPal account, you send the information and after nothing. There’s no customer service, it’s just a complete SCAM. The so called 7-14 days to receive your winnings is a LIE. Do not believe another excuse PayPal have a strict mechanism NOT TRUE AT ALL AS PER PAYPAL. STAY AWAY A SCAM. You will never win the moment you actually ask to cash out, you will NEVER RECEIVE YOUR WINNINGS. ALL BOTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM FRAUD FAKE BINGO

I thought this was a legit app at first but on my 2nd attempt to withdraw my winnings BingoGolden sent me a message saying my behavior was fraud and because of that they forfit ALL YOUR MONEY (including what you earned & uploaded to BingoGolden ) I sent them several messages thru BingoGolden and they are unprofessional and gave me the run around and told me my Money would be returned to my balance but never was and they stopped responding. I messaged them on Facebook several times and they just reply with a default message! BingoGolden is a scam . When you win money and try to withdraw they say you are behaving abnormal and will wipe your balance and won’t give it back! Also when you try to withdrawal your money they won’t let you withdraw all of it they hold part of it and say that you can’t withdraw bonus money. I played the bonus money and they still won’t let you withdraw it. Any money you win is bonus money and they won’t let me withdraw it. BingoGolden is set up to scam people. I’m still trying to get my money back! SMH

There are better and more fair bingo games like pocket seven games. I can only get around 30-38k and that’s with mostly 200 points max per grab and people are always winning with 45-47k and that’s like two per game. Games more rigged then others and does not show videos of the games of people you face so you can learn a different strategy. They say same cards but no video history of your opponents makes it hard to trust. I would recommend pocket seven and play until they offer you to unlock tier system for 1 dollar that you can win back easily. Otherwise this one is 90 likely to be a scam/ripoff. They can reply to this message but I won’t read bull…. Response. Until they add video to watch matches of your opponent cards and moves. I would recommend passing this bingo and look for another.

I was doing for fun did not put money in ever. Then in the last week there was this new challenge where it said you could win 100 bucks. Still free…well I hit a couple of firsts and seconds and then all the sudden I kept getting 4th over and over to win a dime then it started to get 5th over an over to win a penny. After this I was like I wonder if I play badly if I will still get 5th. So I hit wrong numbers during the game and of course I still got 5th…so I tried it even more exaggerated and lost with only 400 or something low like that and still got 5th and I was better than 5 other people. So basically it was programmed to get a certain place no matter how well or horrible you played. That took all the fun out of it for me even as a free player I dont want to play if my place is already determined before I played

I would give this zero stars! Just like all the other apps claiming you can get rich. If that was the case why would anybody work a job? Anyway I been playing this game at least 3-4 days and I’ve accumulated $.61 stinking cents. There’s a wheel that you can spin usually I end up gaining 2 gems every time besides maybe three time I was able to gain about 1 cent twice. I did get $1 before rating this and go figure it says to check the internet so of coarse I lost the $1 go figure bastard. After that I was able to spin 1 cent and was able to gain that. Y’all developers are twisted such false stinking advertising! Shame on y’all! I’m uninstalling this, not wasted me my. Just like a person can be fake well BingoGolden is fake. Fun to play but that’s about it.

Started last night 7/30 so you can win & it’ll take a hot second to get towards that $100. When you get to about that $98 it will start showing people above you winning/faster & you’ll win a big penny each time. But you have about 5 days to get there. Most you’re encouraged to play with your money. I can’t. So I’m actually testing out these apps & claims to see if they are legit or how dishonest they actually are.

I think this is the first time I’ve given a one star. SMH. I use to play this, then got tired of it, got rid of it. I downloaded it again this year. But haven’t played yet, why? Because it isn’t letting me access my account, just gives me the screen to put your cell number in so they know it’s you. When I input my number they tell me by screen note, that number is signed to another account. REALLY?!
I have been waiting , very ticked off, at the lack of Customer Service. That YOU can happily ignore players for over 3 MONTHS?
Seriously, keeping players who want to play your game, players that do spend a little money on these games, Is a lousy, business decision. Will it me another 3+ months before I get a reply and a fix on your screen?

While the game was fun, it turned out to be fraud. I am saying that because I amassed $100 in my account and tried to make a withdrawal back in the end of July 2023. I kept checking and checking and checking the status which was still pending. Then I amassed another hundred dollars but could not make a second withdrawal attempt until the first one had cleared. I sent messages asking why it was taking over two months and now it’s three. They asked me to take screenshots to send to show the proof which I did. After that I got no reply whatsoever now that hundred dollars is gone and so is the one that I was waiting to withdraw. My money totaling $200 just vanished and I can’t get Customer Service to reply or respond to any of my messages. Steer clear of this one!!!!!!!!!!!!

BingoGolden works, but it doesn’t work. It’s weird and confusing. To get to most answers yes you probably do win real money on here but unfortunately for myself, I had the chance to withdraw $100 and I did and I was around February 8 of this year and it says to list your PayPal and once you do so the transfer will take up to 48 hours once approved my case it still hasn’t been approved and it is now November 10 lol you’re not able to withdraw until your previous withdrawal has been accepted and transferred Try getting a hold of customer support not only do they take days on end to make a response but after months on end, I still haven’t even received anything or gotten in contact back or anything like that BingoGolden is more of a gamble I don’t know if it’s really a waste of time or just to kill time but yhea

Instant withdraws, clean, sharp professional design, no creating illusions of “winning” like ALL THE OTHER APPS DO. I’ve played some relatively high stakes on other bingo apps, to finish “1’st place” only to have to wait HOURS to find out I barely made even if it all while they strategically manipulate the players and times… this platform and app are legit! Just be careful… that sense of security in their rapid payout and knowing if you won or lost immediately following a match can be a double edged sword…. they’ve practically vacuumed my “fun money” this month! I was skeptical at first of this game, I won some off the initial bonus cash they give you to try the game and made a deposit to cash out my winnings. I first cashed out equal to my winnings. You can’t cash out more than your initial deposit or it will give you a message to deposit said amount you are trying to withdraw. This is because they need to verify you are not fraudulent. After this verification you can withdraw more winnings. There is a fee and they give you bonus cash back to play with when you withdraw. I did get paid. This is not a scam but it does take a few days to get paid. Thanks I really needed this right now. I don’t usually gamble but decided to give this a try and I’m glad I did. A merry Christmas to me! Also it’s a fun game to play and I like the added slots feature unlocked at VIP level 2.

I finally have decided to leave her reviews about these games that claim to pay you real cash, they say you don’t have to watch 1 million ad, you can withdraw right away, whatever you win, but these are all untrue! I have downloaded and played just about every game in BingoGolden Store that says pays real cash you can cash out right away any amount you win you don’t have to watch 1 million ads, and I fell for it every time you absolutely have to watch ads, and yes, they pay you cash, but you have to reach a certain amount and even then some of the games just never pay out they tell you you’re in a queue behind a couple thousand people or any other excuse not to pay. also for the most part, you have to deposit cash to play their cash games to even win big amounts of money so none of the games that say they pay cash are worth it at all!

I like bingo tour better. BingoGolden makes you deposit money before you can withdrawal. This morning around 5:15 am I requested to withdrawal $79-$80… it wouldn't let me.. So I contacted support. It is now $6:47 pm.. And they haven't got back with me.
Of course I've continued to play the game..and guess what? I haven't won a single game since requesting to withdrawal my winnings. DONT DOWNLOAD IT. There are better bingo games out there.. That will actually let you withdrawal you winnings. This one will not... Not without making a deposit first. Don't waste your time.
Poor customer service. YOU WILL NOT GET THE MONEY THAT YOU WON. When you request it… they will just rig the game so you don't win…and then get back to you when you are out of money. Bingo Tour doesn't do that. I've won $100s on that app. THIS BINGO GAMD IS A WASTE OF TIME.
