I downloaded the app and was simply trying to test if it met my needs. I was going was using the free subscription time. I was able to determine immediately that the app did not meet my needs within an hour so I quickly cancelled the subscription. I noticed the cancellation said it would take place in 2 days. Now I just received a bill for $24. Please return the funds. Can you tell me when it will be returned. I will also contact Apple subsciptions.

Very bad loading, when it has subtitles, its pictures are loading very slow. When it has good video connections, it can’t load translation. When it has translations and video, it doesn’t have voice. For god‘s sake what have I done to let this stupid thing torture me
