Unable to login DiscountPower

I created an account and was never able tog in. It’s an inconvenience. I have to wait until I get an email about my bill, and pay as a guest.

Your menu options are so high at the top they can’t be clicked as they are hidden behind the camera area and clock / battery life. Not sure what you tested on but as someone who has been a Product Manager for many mobile apps this is a huge miss. Maybe try buttons at the bottom in the thumb region which is more popular anyway. I don’t see anything about my ongoing usage either which is how you bated me into downloading this. So at this point it’s useless as I’m on auto pay and can’t do anything I need.

Usage data no longer accessible via DiscountPower since the iOS 17 update.

App does not show any data boxes on the new iOS 17.0.2 update. Only a blue background screen is viewable. Service is solid. Not looking forward to another servicing company price hike.

Overall, I’m glad DiscountPower exists and would recommend using it if you have Discount Power as your energy provider.

The one downside is it takes anywhere from 30-60 seconds to actually log in, but once you’re authenticated, everything responds very quickly. Optimizing the login and initial load times would be nice.

Also, there are currently a couple of UI-level bugs on the landing page once you log in (likely related to iPhone 15 screens and the newest iOS version), but those don’t stop you from seeing the most important information for your account, or from making payments. I figure that will be resolved in an upcoming release, but for now it remains an issue, and to be fair, I’m not sure if DiscountPower is still under regular development.

DiscountPower is one of the best I’ve ever used, of any type of app. Well done, capable, smooth, easy to use. Seems to have full functionality. Whoever led implementing DiscountPower did a fantastic job.

Love DiscountPower. Not only am I able to see my usage on a granular level, it also shows trends and the weather on a specific day vs my usage.
The bill pay feature is very easy to use also.
