Ok so I tried to send 2 photos nothing happened then today Unlockt said to cash out however when I clicked on Unlockt I was signed out (which I didn’t do) and I tried to login with my correct password and email nothing happened tried to send a forgot password again nothing then tried to create an account and again nothing so it isn’t worth anything except a paperweight avoid!

I was just seeing if this was real so I put a image and sold it to a friend as a joke and I just drew them for 5$.I waited for the money to stop pending, and it finally came threw I put all of my info in correctly and withdrew it and waited 3 days and no money in my bank account. Y’all can also notice how the creator dosent respond to any of the reviews that people put up so they don’t let them know it is legit.

Been waiting since last review but nothing changed. this app owes me over $2500 and no one is getting back to my emails or reviews soo here's another update as of 10/24 the transfer transaction to my bank failed three times but nothing was sent to me or undated. You may deposit into my account the same way you did the first time or mail me a check. Monday will be the last day I wait till I get my lawyer involved since it is now grand theft larceny if I am not paid seeing as it is well over $1000.

I gave Unlockt a try and they said my money was already transferred to my account and when I check my account nothing has been transferred I have email these people more than one time and no one replies. I’m very upset because I have people paying me for my own pictures and it shows that they paid, but when it’s time to get my money transfer Unlockt shows that it’s been transferred but my bank account shows nothing and I did write my account information they have everything right is them that aren’t doing anything at all.

Have over 100k followers on social media mainly from selling art and media, decided to give Unlockt a try and i’ll never do it again Made $600 in less than a week on Unlockt and i completely forgot about it so i did my verification and got banned instantly lol no refund to me or the customers, nobody even wins in this situation besides the owners of this company, no other normal functioning app does that, they atleast give the money back.

Luckily i can take that loss and be okay but i do not recommend anyone to use Unlockt as a main source of income

I’ve been trying to contact someone at this company now for over 2 months no one responds to the emails, and their phone number has been disconnected. I don’t know if their incompetent or if their app is broken but when I try to cashout it prompts me for verification I submitted the information and documentation that they requested but nothing was done. Now I have no idea who has my drivers license and selfie along with my my personal information. Please be cautious with this application I am at the point that I will be contacting their payment processor which is stripe since no one that represents Unlockt will contact me back or answer my emails. Grossly unprofessional time to expose this scam for what it is, they’re collecting information on people and stealing identities I’ve had to put a credit lock on my credit profile. Conveniently after I signed up for Unlockt i started receiving notifications that my social security number has been being used for various loan applications, credit card applications, if there is no responsibility taken by these creators I will be reporting them to the FCC and Attorney General.

I have $400 trapped in my account and they have denied my withdrawal for months. They trick you by letting you cash out the first 3-4 times then all the money you make after that goes to them. Don’t fall for this scam, you can make your own Stripe account and process your own payments for your art/pics. Unlockt uses Stripe too but then scams you. Stay very far away I’m getting a lawyer to help me recovery my money.

Verification part of Unlockt never works for me. It keeps sending a pop-up message that my internet is down when it’s working perfectly. I’ve tried to verify in different locations just in case it is my wifi, I’ve turned off my wifi to use just data and it doesn’t work, I’ve deleted and reinstalled Unlockt multiple times but no matter what I do, it will not verify. I really wanna use Unlockt so this is quite sad

⚠️⚠️I can not get any of my money , my pictures are saying 50+ openings , and only showing up the price of 1 maybe 2 people opening it . I can not cash out , i should have $4,000+ based off of the price and the openings I have , and I only have about $30 showing up , and I can’t even cash that out. Unlockt says for ages 4 and up but when creating an account you have to be 18+, why lie about an age limit/restrictions when you cannot have access to Unlockt 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. If Unlockt is making money off of your professional picture, what’s the problem curious. 16+ can make money and have bank accounts, anything low than that I could see to why they wouldn’t need the use of Unlockt. Disappointed 💀

I don’t know if I’ve been scammed but I literately had over 300$ saved on Unlockt I wanted the 3 days so I would be able to transfer it to me bank account I entered my bank details and pressed transfer it took the money I checked my bank account and I received NO MONEY idk if there’s a wait limit but hopefully by tomorrow it’s there or I’m filling a report cause this is outrageous I’m trying to save and this is what there doing be careful when using Unlockt!!

This is a bad app I have 27$ on it and I’m trying to cash out and it’s tell me the funds have been successfully received but it might take a few days to be available for transfer….and I can’t contact nobody to help me because the number is disconnected and it’s been 3 days now I don’t understand…..please stay away from Unlockt….it’s taking your information and a picture of your face just to do fraud with your information

STOP READ BEFORE DOWNLOAD OR USE: I am not sure if the issue is with their lack of funds in their account or with stripe. your first deposit is usually close to instant, then they take longer and longer, the pop up screen tells you it may take 3-7 days and after the first deposit I can tell you it will. i’ve seen other reviews complaining of the same thing happening. Now that i’ve had 3-5 smaller deposits go through I have my largest amount i’ve received stuck for however long because of bug issues Unlockt is having with stripe. I contacted support by email multiple times and have got the same response. it might maybe be fixed within 42-72 hours. now it had been 42 hours 3 times and still no fix or any kind of reimbursement for the wait. At this point if you’re looking for a secure way to sell your content I suggest you keep doing it on your own. I wish I would have never used it and had my money now and not have to wait on a maybe possible fix.

Unlockt is such a scam. Works great at first but then they close your account and you can’t withdraw your extra balance. Antoine C. Told me that they won’t cash me out and is keeping 300$ from using my own photos. Be aware that if he uses app they don’t have a phone number and no customer service. They just randomly close my account without a warning and just keeping what’s left

This platform is great and convenient. However, during these past two months there’s been hundreds of people using a “method” to unblock any content for free, using a computer and the “inspect element” tool in web browsers. This defeats the purpose of Unlockt , since you have no guarantee that your media won’t be downloaded for free. I’d like this to be corrected by your staff before I can keep using this platform. I’m open to give the staff a detailed explanation on where the security breach is located and once it’s corrected I’ll update my review. Thanks in advance and best regards.

I made 300 easy almost at 400 I decided I was gonna cash out I’ve done the fave verification before and it asked to verify my I’d and face again when I tried verifying my face the light would not turn green so I tried the manual option. As soon as I took the pic my account got suspended and they would not get back to me or give users a second change to try they just ban your account take your money and ignore emails

One sends them an email to contact support and they spend days and they don't answer. In terms of sending the money to your account, it never arrives because it has failed, I hope that support will contact me as soon as possible because I have already done it twice! But at the moment I don't recommend it.

Constantly doesn’t work. At first can receive payment in 6 days now it’s 14-21 days that’s way too long. During 4th of July, Unlockt stopped working, people couldn’t buy. I had a sale, no one could buy. Today I tried to withdraw available balance,
The withdraw button stopped working and wouldn’t let me withdraw. Why holding our money for so long? Stop being so buggy, fix the problems and make our life easier. We need quick cash that’s why we’re selling pictures. Please stop not working so often and making withdrawing the money we made more seamless and quicker. This is ridiculous that we have funds in Unlockt and can’t withdraw until fixed. I emailed, but cs doesn’t solve any problems just generic answers of telling me how long it would take to get the funds out. Ok. I know that already, but I need to withdraw.

I waited over 22 days to transfer the money to my bank account and it said for privacy issues or security something about we have to wait 14 to 21 working business days for the money to be available. It’s been more than that and then I got a notification saying my money is ready to be transferred and now it won’t let me transfer the money to my bank. & I have a good amount of money in the account that needs to be transferred to my bank account and I need it so I can get my daughter what she needs & ig I’m not able to at the moment & I keep earning money, but like I said, I’m not able to transfer it to my bank account which I think is very weird I had enough patience to wait 14 to 21 working business days and I waited over 22 days and I’m still not getting what I said I was gonna get just please give me the money 💯🤞

I have money sitting on Unlockt waiting to be able to even cash out the funds I do have! It says 3-7 business days but it has been longer than that being this is my first time ever using Unlockt. Even then when the funds are available to deposit into my account I then have to wait again for it to go though to my account! I’ve been very patient but people are selling their pictures or videos for extra cash and you can’t even get it when you truly need it! It is false! You do not get your funds instantly as it states under their about section above! Do not expect to get your funds as fast as they say. It has been a long process for me!

Please if you are seeing this, Unlockt is a big scam has been scamming me for months stealing thousands of dollars from me then make excuses on why they can transfer the money. I already verified with my age and id. Not once did this all state that they were part with stripe in the beginning. Unlockt redid the , privacy rules. For Unlockt . Unlockt ask for your social security and I’m pretty sure it’s just for hacking reasons. A BUNCH of people are having this problem and now they’re saying Unlockt is selling all of our data. Honestly do not waste your time with Unlockt. It’s a scam. They ask for a percentage of the money you earn and they take it with no questions asked,but when you want your money that YOU HAVE EARNED they won’t answer your emails. If you already have money also make sure you have attorney ready for when these phony apps pop up. I’ve had Unlockt for about a year but just recently started using it for digital content creation as of last week. I started making little over 50 dollars within few days and they said the moment I made my first sale it would be “3-7 working days”. Load and behold the goal post most from that to “14 to 21 working days”. This is a scam they already have high service fee don’t use. And seek legal advice because this is a class action in the making 😂

It’s been almost another mobth that I’ve yet to get my money, had 90 on Unlockt 2 weeks before I was able to take out my $50 payment which I did get after they updated Unlockt . Now just like that other review said, they won’t allow me to transfer the money to my bank account, It reloads every time I click “ transfer to bank button “ we got b!lls to pay, this sh- isn’t funny or cool anymore and Jason R keeps emailing me the same email saying the same lies, “ we are working to fix the problem” clearly NOT when Unlockt STILL HAS not been updated 3-4 days after I emailed them, and It took me to email them 3 times before they responded th!s time. Even their emails are behind, just like my money once again, after they release my money I’m done with Unlockt, had Unlockt for 3 mom the total and the second mess up Is all It takes for me to move around from Unlockt .

I’ve had Unlockt for a minute now and I don’t think I’ve ever had this much problems I have 153 dollar in my “available balance” and 310 dollars in my “pending balance I’ve contacted about 4-5 times in the past week and I’ve only gotten 1 response which they automatically send to everyone when they email it’s been over a month since my money has been “pending” and when I finally got something in my “available balance” I can’t withdrawal it to my bank. I press withdrawal to bank account and it loads and loads and loads and doesn’t transfer. Y'all really starting to play with peoples money like if people ain’t got kids or bills to pay. After transferring all my money I ain’t using or recommending Unlockt to nobody this experience has been very unprofessional and frustrating.

At first it worked perfectly. But since they “changed” payment provider in july, Unlockt does not works properly. Sellers that were verified by their previous payment provider, which was Stripe, are now facing problems to withdraw their funds. They ask you for you social security number, your Id front and back, email, and even a bank statement… and even after you provide that information, they do not resolve the matter. I have a few hundred of dollars stuck in available balance and I am still getting an error message when I try to withdraw. This issue has been happening for over a month now. It is suspicious that they ask you for the personal info stated before and after you provide it they can’t pay you. These people might be scammers, stealing the info of thousands of people.

This application stole my money. I had a balance and then it came out to 0. They closed my section and then there was no balance. I contacted them and they told me that there was no outstanding balance, they even sent me a photo. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot when I had the balance. I do not recommend this application at all. It's not safe. If you still use it, take a screenshot always and for everything.

Absolutely loved Unlockt for the past year or so. Until recently. About a month ago I was waiting to pull out money for a vet bill and after the 3-7 days had past my money was still not Available so I emailed. I was told there was an update and payments were delayed 7-12 days. At this point I had almost 300$ sitting waiting to be taken out. After 14 days my money was STILL not Available. So I emailed again. To be told there’s an update with the company they work with for payments and payments would be available again July 17th. The 17th came and STILL no available funds. So I again emailed. They then proceeded to say the updates will be done in 24h tops. It’s now currently the 19th AND STILL no funds. At this point I give up and if I get my money I get it and if I don’t I don’t. But I will not be using Unlockt from here on out.

Unlockt was great at first. Things went smoothly. Then the ability of the staff really showed. They claim to have encountered an “unexpected bug” and have been updating Unlockt for over a month, meaning nobody has access to their earnings. Some people waiting over a month just to receive they’re hard-earned money.

They finally sent out an email stating to update Unlockt to fix the bug; then we should be able to cash out. Finally, the update comes and we all update Unlockt , ready to receive our payments we’ve waiting weeks for, ONLY TO SEE we have to wait 14-21 MORE DAYS to even cash out.

It shows the ignorance of the staff here. Things like this NEVER happen with other transaction apps like cash app, or Venmo. This is because they are actually prepared for things like this to happen and they understand you can’t trick people out of their money.

It’s irresponsibility on unlockts end. They should have been more prepared and should’ve done better. Now most of their good clientele won’t use them ever again; including me. And I wouldn’t be suprised if they received any lawsuits and legal action against them from holding people from their money.

Honestly; this is just an annoyance and I wouldn’t recommend Unlockt to anyone knowing what kind of people are running it from behind the scenes.

Are you serious then they never respond when you reach out to email them. I deleted all my posts on Unlockt because I feel like I’m wasting mine and others time they’re sending money that I can’t access. As soon as I cash out ( if I’m ever even able to ) I’m deleting Unlockt and never downloading it again. I’ve never hated an app so much. I want my $80 and there’s no telling when I’ll have it. The whole app is a scam it needs to be taken down.

So Unlockt is having issues with their payment partners so creating links have been down for the past few weeks. Despite this Unlockt says we can still transfer our balance into our bank account. Every time I go to transfer my earnings, it keeps saying error occurred and I’m unable to receive them. When I go to contact customer support through Unlockt , it states error occurred and I can’t send the email or talk to someone. Between not getting my money and the lack of support due to all the bugs and issues they have been having the past few weeks, I don’t recommend. I would appreciate it if a representative gets back to me and helps me with the money. Or that they get Unlockt fixed soon and have it running again. It’s been weeks since I’ve been able to generate links. Overall a frustrating experience

You can only send a link to each individual listing instead of bringing a customer straight to the account so they can browse through all of the content in one place. This is inefficient, and makes me want to delete Unlockt and find a better platform for my business. Other than that, I like the simplicity of it.

They take a good percentage of your money and on top of that will over charge you. I charged $200 for a link and they told me I'd only get $180 of it but when you click on the link they're making the person pay $220. So they're getting $40 haha half from you and half from whoever buys your link. It's also been impossible to get my deposit. So I'm glad THEY got their money but I didn't.

I’ve been using Unlockt for a while now, I’d say abt almost a year. I have noticed that they continue to change the Amount of days it will take your you to receive your money. For example it was 2-5 business days and then they changed it to 3-8 and then this last time they changed it to 14-21 business days. Honestly I thought it was a little weird but didn’t think to much about it bc Unlockt has been working perfectly fine. Till now. Everytime I go to withdraw my money into my bank acct it starts to load and when it’s done loading nothing happens. I have $30 ready to be withdrawn and $12 still pending (which has been pending for quite a while now). I’ve contacted them threw email but haven’t rlly gotten an answer as to why I can’t get my money. I’m definitely questioning if I will continue to use Unlockt!!!

Unlockt works perfectly fine to send my product out but my customers are complaining that they aren’t able to pay me. I would call customer service but there is no phone number to contact.

Unlockt as a whole is very easy to use. Although, I have a few problems with Unlockt . 1. The payment wait times which said 3-7 business days is untrue, in fact I’ve been waiting for my payments well over that statement. Then on top of that, you have to wait another 3-7 days for it to transfer to your bank after you waited the first time just for it to be “available for transfer” aka clicking a button. IVE BEEN WAITING A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME FOR MY MONEY WHICH MAKES THIS SEEMINGLY CONVENIENT APP ACTUALLY VERY INCONVENIENT. 2. Unlockt was updated recently which I saw was for improved wait times, LIES. The new wait time is “14-21 working days” ARE YOU SERIOUS?? What update was really made? 3. Don’t bother sending emails in hope for some help with these problems, THEY DONT RESPOND, they create a pointless ticket.

I’ve been using this for months now it’s been really reliable and quick… until the “bug fix”, since then it first wasn’t letting me add my bank details in, so I contacted the support they took forever to respond. That got fixed and now my “withdrawal button” after I press it it says error and won’t let me withdrawal I’ve been trying to get this fixed since the bank details issue for a few weeks now customer support still has not helped me I’m getting close to the time period I’ve been trying to use this money for and now I’m left with 0$ for my trip and they have been little to no help in resolving the issue. I would take your business elsewhere, I’m telling the people I told to download Unlockt as well if they don’t fix these issues real soon

Unlockt stoped working almost a week ago. The payments don’t go through and it says service disruption on the payment page. Also I have money waiting to be transferred from more than 7 days now! It’s really disappointing because I really LOVE Unlockt, been using it almost a year now and never had any type of problem. But from a week now it’s been down hill with it. I want to continue using it, I hope they fix the problem as soon as posible. I sent an email but still not response.

I really do like Unlockt but I wish it didn’t take so long for the money to be transferred in my bank account. It’s been almost 6 days and it’s my second time cashing it out. Today I just cashed out for the 3rd time & you would think after the 1st time of cashing out that anytime after that would be transferred in automatically. I understand the 1st time taking a little longer but not the 2nd and so forth. Come on now.

I really enjoy using this app to sell my files. It simple and easy to use and a great way to make money. But they have done some things that I do not like and am starting to not enjoy it anymore. There has also been many bug problems that have been happening lately as well that are very irritating.

When I first started using this app they only took 10%. It’s up to 15% now. They also charge 5% more for the customers than what they used to. They changed the period of time it takes for your money to be available to 14-21 days when it used to only be 3-7 days. 14-21 days is insane!!!!!!!! & frankly I feel it’s been way longer than that that I have been waiting for my money. I think it’s been 2 months now.

There has also been many many bug issues that are very irritating to deal with too such as— the withdrawal button not working (so you have to wait 14-21 days to being with then when it becomes available the button to withdrawal doesn’t even work so now you are waiting even longer for your money), having to re enter my SSN and bank account information & randomly logging me out of Unlockt . With all of these things, they have made Unlockt unenjoyable. I do not recommend Unlockt anymore like I used to.

honestly, i love Unlockt, it’s very convenient, and easy to make money, but the only down thing about it is that the money isn’t instant. Although they charge and tax a lot on the file your selling, it’s still a pretty easy and effective app to make some extra cash on the side. The problem with Unlockt is that sometimes you have to be on your toes because you never know when you won’t receive your money. Just two weekends ago (june 28th, 2024) , i was supposed to receive my money and it STILL hasn’t came in yet. it’s been two weeks, about to be 3 on July 14th, 2024. I’ve been waiting and and relying on Unlockt to give me the option to cash out my money but it hasn’t . It’s been really inconvenient and frustrating and actually really annoying, especially because this isn’t really the first time I had to wait this long. On top of that I’ve been relying on other people to let me borrow money and letting them know I’ll pay them back even though I don’t know when I would be able to. What i recommend Unlockt to do is let us know before hand when we will experience a time to wait to receive our funds. Or any other inconvenience that may affect us. To let us know at least a week ahead of time . Please. This was one of the most inconvenient things to happen to me.

I have been in contact with them they said that the update would be done Wednesday July 17th, 2024……. Now it’s sometime this week. I got money on there that I would like to use for my bills but y’all wanna withhold MY MONEY!

Why does it keep logging me out ? And it’s complicated to log back in if you don’t remember ur user/ password or phone number because they don’t keep it logged. There’s no settings to edit ur information.

App crashes and closes when I try to upload larger files like videos but other then that it’s pretty great! Easy to set up and user friendly

I’m really loving Unlockt. Couple suggestions:
1. Ability to make the title longer
2. Ability to add a description so users can get an idea of what they would be purchasing
3. Able to set an expiration date of your choosing - like 24 hours, 48 hours, a week, month, etc - as I only see the option to set it to never expire and the option to make it active again (which I like) but otherwise my expiration dates are random - one was set to expire in 24 hours and now I just made one and it set it to expire in 3 months.
4. Ability to delete a link/expired link entirely from showing on your links tab. I did a couple tester links, and set them to expire just to experiment with the features, and it would be nice if I could delete those entirely so that they don’t show up at all on my links tab.
5. I notice Unlockt crashes if I try to upload a longer video (14 minutes)

So Unlockt ya know was working and all UNTIL, I now can't get the money I earned because it says "transfers are temporary unavailable. We are doing our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible" it's been a week and 2 days I'm sorry but I'm trying to get money for food since the rest is on rent an bills

Unlockt was working fine until one day. I tried to use it, and it kept saying that the link was not being generated and has been submitted and now it will not allow me to do anything.

I love Unlockt so much, but I always have issue getting in touch with support when there is a problem. As an update for the last couple of days, my money is still being shown as “pending.” Meaning that I have not received the option to transfer my money to my bank account. I have reached out to support by email, and through Twitter (X) and no one has replied. So users just be ware of this. Otherwise I haven’t had any issues. ❤️

Yeah, Unlockt is very well-made. I enjoy it, but I want to use it yesterday and I got a very weird splash screen, saying they’re having problems with their payment providers and they told us they’ll have it fixed soon and that will be notified. My question is if it hasn’t been updated in a month it’s now October 15th when will Unlockt be working again?

Okay guys I was skeptical at first as well and I wasn’t receiving my money. Make sure u do these steps… enter ur info correctly, and put the info in right before u cash out ur money even if u already did a while ago. I wasn’t receiving my money before and then when I started doing that I received it at like 2am the day it’s supposed to come. I feel bad bc I reported them and made hella bad reviews. I wish that I could take em back bc I received my money 😭😭 but yeah I saw everyone else was struggling so wanted to help. Don’t go over 600 or you’ll get taxed lol

I’ve read too many bad reviews about not getting paid but y’all giving them your bank details, please change your passwords everyone… this definitely seems like a scam to steal your info & money & content I guess. Just sad how shady some of these apps can be 😒 I’d never download this. It is false advertisement

Yes it’s a very good and fast way to MAKE money, now here’s the CATCH! It will take them 14-21 days OR MORE to transfer your money. And even if it’s says that’s available to withdraw to your bank account, something else will be happening in Unlockt that will stop you from getting your money,
Example: will not let you put your bank information saying (ERROR, TRY AGAIN LATER).

They have SOOOO MANY ISSUES in Unlockt !
If you download be ready to get a headaches and bad moods cause sometimes you will not be able to get your money! Ps- they will take time in answering your email complaints!

this app please just fix your bugs! So you don’t have so many complaints! We love your app but it’s getting really annoying. At some point people will stop using this it will go downhill.

So actually I like the new update and the entire interface changes but I also liked in the old interface that it showed the date of when I’ll be able to cash out my money, could we get those dates back so we’ll know what day we can cashout money?

This is literally the easiest app to use, my fans love to buy my content on here. It’s so much better than sending and crossing your fingers the buyer is actually gonna PayPal you but this makes it so simple for both the seller and buyer. I get my payments fast too 2-3 days max when I cash out.

Writing another review just because I’m so happy I found Unlockt. Like I swear I’m not joking. If you are thinking about downloading Unlockt versus using onlyfans, please choose this option. I used to use onlyfans and the percentage they would take out is outrageous and it would take over a week for them to process payments. Unlockt uses stripe as the payment processor so I literally get all of my payments within 24 hours, the longest has been 48 hours but that’s rare. It so worth it. I feel like it’s a hidden gem so that’s why I’m writing another review because I really want other girlies to get on this.
