I loved MyCalendar at first, but then after a few weeks of having it, it just deleted everything I had on it. Every event I had written on it, deleted. I had no idea why so I just put the events in there again. Then a week later it deletes everything for no reason. It’s just bad, my friends who use the same app complain about the same thing too. MyCalendar is good and cute but it’s just that problem. Which it gets annoying to have to fill out everything you already put in. Overall MyCalendar was good except for that. If you don’t have a problem with writing everything all over again then this is MyCalendar for you.
So overall MyCalendar is really good. I like how it’s simple and doesn’t have all the extra things. But the part that I thought was too simple is the fact that you can’t make a schedule (for example for me I have Piano every tuesday) repeat weekly or monthly. So you have to write in the schedule that you have one by one by hand which is pretty bothersome. If this is fixed I think I would really like it.
my biggest complaint is not being able to sync different calendars or that MyCalendar doesn’t automatically add U.S. / Federal Holidays or at least have that option and customization is limited.
At least get a dark mode for the background
I have the original iPhone Calendar which I use excessively. It gets too cluttered and messy. MyCalendar here is the best. It’s clear and well put together. I use it for my main events and appointments. Very clear and easy to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MyCalendar. THANK YOU 😊
