You need a new app, and new developers

I tried using Capitolcards in 2022, 2023, and 2024, but it still doesn't work. I get the SMS code, enter my username and password, but then it just loads forever. It's hard to believe a bank could make such a useless app. You really need to invest in development. It might be best to start fresh with a new app—and not with the same developers. With six months and €600,000, you could fix this. Plus, a small ongoing dev team for €20,000 a month should do it. You're a financial institution; please spend the money. Your user interface is outdated and the worse UX EVER. Invest in your product, please. The CEO should resign, along with the CTO. NO excuses.

Features

To do so, it sends a previously generated anonymous Firebase Installation ID (FID) to Google so that we can identify app users and send them messages related to SCA purposes.

The installation ID is stored on your device’s keychain secure place as strictly necessary to provide the services, and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

It is essential to secure transactions with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) using in-app notifications.

The Capitol app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send messages to its users.

In addition to the mandatory SCA notifications, the FID will also be used as strictly necessary for optional notifications you may ask for within the app.
