Pésima experiencia con la manera que hacen los cobros de la suscripciónes es un robo, Tuve un problema con tu app y suscripción me parece pésimo el trato, y la solución frente a un problema!!!! Pero más pésima me parece la falta de respeto que cobren algo que uno no autoriza!!!! Yo tome mis 7 días free de la app y listo no me gusto ni active nada, no puede ser que después de 15 días agregó una tarjeta de crédito en mi Wallet y ustedes hacen un cobro sin autorización!!!! Que falta de honestidad, poco profesionalismo y respeto, y escribo a tu equipo y son tan nefastos que no hacen nada para poder ayudarme y tener mi reembolso si no que tengo que solicitar un reembolso del que yo no autorice su cobro!!!
