App designed for older versions of Android and won't install on phone. WTH.

I cannot get the Sainlogic app to display the weather information. During set up, it showed it was connected to the Wi-Fi, but on the dashboard in the app it says it’s not connected.

outdoor temperature reading mal-functioning..temp, does not change ..seems stuck..I can "tap"or "shake" the transmitter and temp. will adjust to correct reading but it stays locked on that temp and won't change until transmitter is "tapped" or "shaken" again. All other measurements seem ro be functioning correctly...any suggestions?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sainlogic app issues:

Force Stop the Sainlogic App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sainlogic app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sainlogic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sainlogic App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sainlogic app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sainlogic.

Fix Sainlogic unable to contact server/ Sainlogic internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sainlogic » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sainlogic » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
