How to fix ZEGE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZEGE app on iPhone
Update ZEGE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZEGE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZEGE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZEGE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZEGE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZEGE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZEGE App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZEGE » click [Force Stop]

Update ZEGE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZEGE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZEGE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZEGE.

Fix ZEGE unable to contact server/ ZEGE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZEGE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZEGE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZEGE
