Service titan mobile is the most beautiful and perfect technician field app out there. They’re forcing us to switch to this garbage! If you’re thinking about getting service titan, use this review as a warning! It is spiraling downhill. ServiceTitanField is the ugliest current day app out there. It looks like you’re using windows 98. They literally took their technology back in time 30 years. On top of how ugly it is, it has been malfunctioning and glitching for everyone attempting to use it. This is just so ridiculous. They need to just scrap this project and stick with service titan mobile. They literally perfected this over the years and now they’re ruining it. I hope my company switches to someone else once we’re forced to use ServiceTitanField. If not I’ll probably move to a company who doesn’t use service titan if we’re forced to use this.
Too many flaws to name them all but I’ll give you one. You can’t even write up your job summary because the developers can’t even be bothered to adjust the screen as you write sentences. Every four words you have to swipe up and quadruple click on the last word to see what you’re writing. Rinse and repeat. So many bugs. They can’t even get the simple things to work. They grab your companies check and then you never hear from them again and hold your information hostage until you pay for another year. Service titan is the worse thing to happen to HVAC. What a garbage program
In true ST fashion they drop an app, limit time before the old app (that works great) will no longer be available & don’t even have a new functioning app. Crashes consistently and signs you out. Can’t even clock in or out.
This is 10x better than the last app, but is missing some functionality like selling memberships in the field. Great to see where they are going with this!
This works great for the work I do. I am a commercial HVAC tech and do some refrigeration work too. OCR works well and timesheets are good.
