Hi I want to ask regarding the removal of the excess hours from the previous service year. To avoid adding it up to the current service year.

Can you please help me with this if ever there is already an option for that. Thank you soooo much for this wonderful app.

Because whatever minutes that are excess from the previous service year will not be added. The time will be refreshed and back to 0. So that excess will not be part of the new service year.

I loved FieldService SO much it had everything I needed. I’m giving this 3 stars because I think you could add a little bit more. Maybe a map for RV’s, or more color themes. It also didn’t add up the hours right and sometimes randomly took the same amount of hours away that I had just added. It also started the stopwatch if I even went on FieldService , and then once it got to 24 hours it added it to my hours for the month.

But I really do love all of the features on this, including the “where are you from” map. I decided to switch over to a different ministry app, thank you for making FieldService, I was able to use it for two years.

I give FieldService 5 stars just for the ability to quickly and easily schedule my time and see the schedule on the calendar.
Now that I learned how to use FieldService this has become my favorite app for tracking and scheduling field service.
It was difficult to figure out how to use all the features because documentation is almost non existent. My return visits kept disappearing until I discovered I accidentally turned my filter on.

I love using FieldService to track my service time, it’s very simple and lets me do everything I need to. It even carries over minutes from last month which is a huge help for pioneering. One of the last updates now gives the option to also toggle between regular service time and credit hours (such as LDC, international convention activities, etc) and its awesome! Thank you so much for this application that makes my life and service easier.

This deserves more than 5 starts my brother. FieldService is perfect for those who struggle to use technology, even more difficultly; count there time electronically. I’ve been using FieldService for a year now, and something I could really see coming in the future is iwatch support. It would be awesome if I could start my time and count my publications, videos, Rvs and studies on my wrist!!! Maybe even get return visit or bible study reminder!! Keep up the good work!

I have tried ALOT of apps for my ministry but this is the best one yet! You can add Territories, your R.V. it Geotags the address, and you can add notes and bible studies/RVs in order by the area it’s amazing! Adding your time for the day is simple, it keeps track of how many hours your a head or how many hours you need for your service year to be complete. The feature I love the most it shows you your low peaks & high peaks throughout the month on a graphic! Thank you!

I love FieldService. I can do everything on FieldService. No need for any paper. I’m so thankful to Jehovah for just being able to pioneer and you brothers has made my commitment to Jehovah easier for me to keep up with everything. Great job. I will have accurate service from now on.

I don’t know if it changed with the update but I used to be able to add placements, videos , etc with each visit to a person, starting from first visit. That would automatically update my placements overall for the month. That feature seems to have disappeared, and that’s disappointing. Otherwise, great app. The ability to plan and see expected time for the month is great.

Great tool to keep a track or se vice hours. Appreciate the ability to plan for days ahead using the calendar feature.

One thing I noticed is that the time entered in one day, usually is assigned to the following day. Example: when I end my service day by tapping the arrow button, the time for that day is automatically assigned to the next day. So instead of FieldService showing I went out on Sunday it shows as me having gone out on Monday. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for working well on FieldService , I really like that it has all the options that a publisher needs. However I would like to make a suggestion for the return visits, can you provide an option to add notes or information to them, not only just their addresses?

My husband and I found your app right before starting our first year pioneering. We love how it helps us plan ahead of time and then shows our actual time for the month. Thank you for this wonderful app to help us stay on track with our goals ♥️

I love FieldService, and I have been using it ever since I became an unbaptized publisher, but for some reason I cannot get access to my calendar anymore. Whenever I push the calendar button on the bottom of the screen it closes out of FieldService . I would like to know how to fix this problem if possible.

FieldService is easy to use, not perfect but simple, clean, and supported. The timer works great and is flexible ( you can add time while the timer is running). I like the options for customization and appreciate the updates as our approach changes.

I have just started using this ap and love that I can set goals for a day in the calendar and keep track of my territory and return visits easily. I can’t figure out how to get those roads grouped together in a folder, though. The folder is grayed out and I can’t click it. Can you help?

FieldService is easy to use and works so well! Before I used to write my hours and placements on paper and add them up at the end of the month, but now all I have to do is tap a button😌 Thank you my brothers and sisters for making FieldService.

Great app! Some time ago had an issue with missing report time. But the problem eventually wasn’t in FieldService itself but in synchronizing between different ios devices. So now I only put the report in one device and it seems to work great.

FieldService is wonderful! The design is very straightforward and user-friendly. The graph feature is really helpful with visualising ministry goals, the tally method is perfect for campaigns and overall makes sending in accurate service reports very easy. 10/10 would recommend.

I love FieldService! Easy to record service time, LDC time *pre Covid lol*, and very simple to plan your hours according to your goal that month. Also, if you have any questions, concerns, issues about FieldService , the brother is quick to respond and help you out.

to keep my time organized. Very well made and is even better with the recent update. Just one request. Can you add a FAQ or help page so I can learn to navigate and use FieldService better ? I’m not sure what the paperclip button does
