Still will not auto fill on userid and password.

Would be fantastic if it would actually let you pay your bill in a timely manor

If you use AlabamaPower and try to set Face ID it will not work. You will have to log in each time. It will open and scan then crash and make you sign in with ID and password. Easier to just use a computer. Georgia power even worse. Crazy how much money they make from us but can’t give us a working app.

Nothing on AlabamaPower works, at least my doesn’t. When I log on it doesn’t tell me the total due all is states is “total due $” also says view bill underneath but that doesn’t work either. As i’m logged in, while in settings it tells me to add my account and when I attempt to add the account again it just loads forever bringing nothing up. Absolutely infuriating.

It did not reset/refresh the login page every time AlabamaPower is made active. I paste my login info into AlabamaPower . When I switched back to copy the password, the screen shows a refresh graphic and clears all fields. Ok, I’ll paste the password and type the id. Great, now it presents an unnecessary message requiring me to change my password. My password is already secure, but no. Ok back to my info app to create a new password. Back to AlabamaPower and …. Refresh. Back to a blank login screen. Lol. AlabamaPower might be better but I literally can’t use it. Hilarious. Does anyone test anymore? If people are typing memorable PWs, the PW is flawed and likely guessable by automated attacks. Oh well.

October evidently you guys changed AlabamaPower , now my App won’t show me my 3 accounts on my app so it can add them all 3 together so I can pay them all at once , ONLY shows my primary residence, last month I had to be carried to the office to pay and me being disabled That was ruff , even called in and after a 33 minute wait time , they had no clue why and nothing fixed , was just told to call bill matrix and pay individually, Thanks ALA POWER !

Can only get the home page and even then can’t get close it out AlabamaPower does that for you without warning. Billion dollar company and not 1 upper level manager can try to use it before setting out on the customer. Wow fills with confidence about other decisions doesn’t it ?

The usage part of AlabamaPower has not worked since I downloaded it, I’ve called and they say they know theirs a problem, but have not fixed it yet. Should have left the old app running until all the bugs are fixed

AlabamaPower is garbage as far as I’m concerned. It is unable to process commercial accounts which makes it all but useless to me . The old app was trash as well but at least when it worked you could process commercial payments

Cannot get past the second step paying with a checking account on this new app

I don’t want to have to go to AlabamaPower Store everytime to open AlabamaPower . Once you click to open AlabamaPower , there is no way to add it to home screen or even bookmark it. There is no download. Why should I have to go to AlabamaPower Store everytime to open AlabamaPower ?

It’s not opening. Ones its opening then can’t log in thru account information or personal information. I don’t know why these company’s making these apps.

The new app does not allow me to log in. After entering in my information, which I know is correct, it continues to take me back to the log in to re-enter my information over and over.

I’m trying to transfer my service to another address and all I get is a pop up saying AlabamaPower is no longer available! It hard to figure anything out on this new app beside the glitches making it more difficult! I liked the other one better

It does not change amount owed if you make a partial payment. I made a partial payment a week and a half ago but it still says that I owe the full payment. When I try to make another payment it wants me to pay the full amount like I never made a payment. Please fix this!! On the old app we was able to see how much was left that we owed after a partial payment and it did not try to make us pay the original amount every time we tried to make another payment. For some of us our power bill is extremely high no matter what we do because of the heat so we have to make weekly payments. We need to be able to see how much is still owed not how much was originally owed.

Every time I try to pay with Apple Pay, it won’t go past the amount selection page to pay so I have to back out and go to a different payment method and input info again

The former process was much better. This no longer retains any information, not even user name, you have to fill it in every time now. It’s more complicated now, before it was simpler. It’s always best for the customer to keep it simple.

The new app is popping up a lot of stuff like error codes and it wouldn’t even let me change anything on it.

I downloaded AlabamaPower today and it only allows me to pay my home bill. Not my other properties. It also doesn’t accept the codes it sent me to update my account information.

These people little do not care abt you even if you have kids or fall on are times sometimes. It’s so sad considering people always make all their payments and on time at that but they’re so quick to just cut you off and not even care at all. It’s so sad.

This was a much needed upgrade from the old APC app but now when I try to do an energy checkup from AlabamaPower , it tells me AlabamaPower is no longer supported and to go download the new app from AlabamaPower Store… even though I’m already on the new app?

It is frustrating to continue putting in my user name and password monthly, as if AlabamaPower doesn’t know me. So I have to go look up my password/user name, by going out of AlabamaPower to seek the info. It makes me weary and wastes time. I’ve hit the “remember me” button but nothing stays populated on AlabamaPower . No Face ID is available either.

Apps are for convenience. This isn’t so when I’m required to re-enter the same info each month. Please fix to make easier for us users of AlabamaPower .

The old app was easier to work in

The interface is a good improvement over the previous app and much easier and faster to quickly go to daily power usage stats. But the problem is that the daily power stats are sometimes the exact to the penny for five consecutive days, which is in no way accurate. Most disappointing for me is that the history only goes back about half a year whereas before it would go back about two years, which made it easy to quickly compare current power bill to the previous year and the year before that.

I could pay my bills through AlabamaPower , but it doesn’t work anymore it will not let you pay your bills through here it keeps messing up with the bill matrix it doesn’t work it needs to be fix.

It allowed bank account and some other payment methods. Credit card and debit are handled using Bill Matrix which Alabama Power has a phone number for.

On the daily usage chart it shows the average daily high temperature of over 120 degrees. Y’all might want to check in that.

AlabamaPower is really helpful I’m glad easy access to view and pay bills , Report outages , and so much more AlabamaPower is beyond helpful easy access for everyone to use young or older .

Alabama power has an easy app for paying your electric bill and also I needed a new hvac so they allowed me to pay them while paying my power bill.

I did not grow up in the age of laptops, so technology does not come naturally to me. Alabama Power has a simple, but efficient app.

I love the new format of how you can pay your bill. It makes everything so much more convenient and less of a hassle but I mean what more should you expect for such a great company which implements so many options to help the people.

Alabama Power makes it easy to deal with that monthly electric bill, I just get the notice by email, punch a few buttons and Shazam! All Done.
