I love the idea of an app to print whatever you want from your phone, but there’s so many issues with MunbynPrint that it doesn’t function smoothly. It needs a lot of work before I would ever suggest MunbynPrint to anyone. There are misspellings, and nowhere to find your saved labels. Even when you change the label sizes, often times it won’t save what you just changed. And when you try to print, the screen is blank, so it prints a blank sheet. Sometimes the text you put on is blown up, sometimes it’s nonexistent. This leads to a lot of labels wasted. They also mention a 72 hour time for them to review purchases in order to gain points. They do not adhere to the 72 hours.
Again, MunbynPrint needs a lot of work before it runs smoothly. It seems as though they care more about the aesthetics of the wishes page than the backend of things

It’s cool but crashes a lot when I go print with my penguin printer. I don’t understand why the bear printer & penguin have 2 different apps.

Great job on MunbynPrint . It does what it says.

It would be nice to be able to use the Share Sheet from other apps to send a label to the Munbyn app directly. I cannot get the Munbyn app to appear in the Share Sheet or Quick Actions menu, so I must save the label to files and then go into the Munbyn app. This would elevate the user experience a lot.

I have never had an issue with MunbynPrint and I am working from my apple iPad so if you are having problems try uninstalling the application and then download it again. This might help you.

I got the penguin label printer. MunbynPrint was working fine for me up until now. Every time I get to the preview and hit print, MunbynPrint crashes. I never
had this issue until the latest update.

MunbynPrint works with the update, but now the phone says the printer is not supported.

MunbynPrint shows my round sticker label as being perfectly centered. But when I print it’s off center and cut off. Extremely disappointing, I have wasted 10 stickers already, and I cannot for the life of me get it centered. I have a $13 thermal printer from Temu that centers perfectly. This is ridiculous especially for what I paid. I’m very upset that MunbynPrint isn’t printing centered when it clearly shows me it is before I print

I wasted 10 labels trying to get this thing to print out exactly how I wanted it to and never could because the preview it shows before it prints isn’t accurate at all. Nothing is centered and it cuts off the beginning of your words unless you make the text so small you can barely read it. I wish there was a different app I could use.

MunbynPrint has build in templates for labels that’s is quick and easy to use. It also allows me to create my own designs. It saved me tons of time and money to design. Highly recommended!!

My printer won’t connect to my Windows computer. It claims it needs a password and the driver isn’t working correctly.
MunbynPrint worked for a few weeks until today. It won’t print at all. I know it’s MunbynPrint because the test print works fine.
Support hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve tried the live chat, emailing, and messaging on Facebook as suggested by the test print.

As long as you have a short word or phrase, the printing works perfectly. But if trying to change the font size for anything lengthy, there is no guide or instruction. It is hit or miss when changing the mm’s to fit the label space and mostly miss. I have wasted LOTS of labels getting it wrong.

I used to be able to use MunbynPrint just fine but the most recent update does not allow me to upload files for printing which was the only way I used MunbynPrint . If you are shopping for a printer you should look for other products that are more reliable.

I try to sync my Bluetooth it doesn’t work , when I look on my phone it always says turn printer on when it’s already on and I have a blue light . This means I can not use MunbynPrint to make my circle stickers . Very disappointed !

I’m trying to print multiple shipping labels and it’s too much at once apparently. MunbynPrint crashes. Extremely frustrating printing a single shipping label at a time. Then I have to restart MunbynPrint and watch the random ad opening screen over and over. Absolutely horrible.

I water so much of my labels teying to get MunbynPrint to lock my vertical text in place while printing. Everything looks fine then when I send the label to the printer, MunbynPrint kicks the vertical text off frame and locks it there that I can’t even select it or edit it.

Every time I open MunbynPrint there’s a update and they seem to make things worse!!! Currently it’s printing way off or absolutely nothing at all. My saved files are all just blank. The biggest costly piece of junk I’ve bought for my business!!!

No matter how many times I kill MunbynPrint , delet and reinstall MunbynPrint , it won’t connect to my printer. It can’t even find the printer, it keeps searching and searching, nothing ever comes up. I was really hoping to use my phone to print stickers

I’m trying print labels off my phone but have screenshot and edit the label instead having the option just go to my files and edit it that way. I’m going end up returning the printer.

I’m getting aggravated because MunbynPrint can’t find the printer. I’ve done everything to try and see what’s happening but it comes down to MunbynPrint . I’ve used 3 phones and an iPad and same thing.

This is arguably the worst printing app I have ever bared witness to, with each software update comes a new string of issues that causes you to waste stickers. I would say, more than half of everything I have printed has been trashed. Do yourself a favor, buy a better printer.

Your app is unresponsive when in settings and very slow. Having a hard time using it. Enjoy the idea of having a thermal printer. Have 100’s of things we need to make … but we can’t

Gets the job done but takes way longer than it should. Can’t upload multiple labels at one time. Can’t print multiple labels at one time. For my small business both of these functions would make it much easier to pack shipments faster.

Printer disconnects after printing a quarter of the label. It’s useless to try to print, & frustrating. I’m updated to the latest version, but this issue has persisted since for a few months now (before Christmas).

But overall, I’d still recommend this product. It isn’t annoying or bothersome to reconnect or deal with the minor issues especially at the price point of others and not needing to pay for a monthly subscription to extras

I love this thermal printer; however, I have a lot of different templates that I’ve created. It would be awesome to have a search feature, instead of having to scroll through each time I need to locate a different template.

Would be great if you could have a search option for your saved stickers!

I would really love an all green laser system with the green stand I keep holding back on ordering the all white in hopes that a new color besides pink will be revealed. It is wishful thinking but I do have a feeling that something new will be posted. I bought a label machine all white and it works perfectly 🐻‍❄️

I got this thermal printer for my small business and realized I have uses for it for many other reasons. It is so easy to use. I would recommend getting the Bluetooth because they have their own app. You can create stickers with otherwise you have to use Canva or another app to make the stickers if it’s directly connected to your computer, I bought that one for work Not crazy about that one but the Bluetooth 100% recommend

(I am not and have not been paid for this review- I am just THAT happy with this product!) So easy to set up and even easier to use. Never have had one issue with this incredible little printer and use it all day long and have been to print medication stickers and mailing labels for the last 6 months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wish list:
1. Could find the printer on a computer and it lets me choose 4x6 size printing easily
2. Keep me logged in on my device….forever!
3. More printing label size options.

This update has made it harder to print. If you want to fix something fix the text editing

I was easily able to print by labels for months by cropping them and printing the same size as my label. Now, when I rotate to fit the label it gets tiny. MunbynPrint interface changed drastically. Nothing wants to work how it use to for me. When I put in custom size that doesn’t work ever. Very frustrating.

Updated 1 W ago and now i am having increased issues using iphone app. I have a saved label. I add an additional text box yet cannot change the text, it defaults to change the already existing text box which i do not want changed. Very frustrating!!!
