Not Aligned!
The app shows my round sticker label as being perfectly centered. But when I print it’s off center and cut off. Extremely disappointing, I have wasted 10 stickers already, and I cannot for the life of me get it centered. I have a $13 thermal printer from Temu that centers perfectly. This is ridiculous especially for what I paid. I’m very upset that this app isn’t printing centered when it clearly shows me it is before I print

nothing but issues
My printer won’t connect to my Windows computer. It claims it needs a password and the driver isn’t working correctly. The app worked for a few weeks until today. It won’t print at all. I know it’s the app because the test print works fine. Support hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve tried the live chat, emailing, and messaging on Facebook as suggested by the test print.

Current update broke app
I used to be able to use the app just fine but the most recent update does not allow me to upload files for printing which was the only way I used the app. If you are shopping for a printer you should look for other products that are more reliable.
