I ordered a pair of progressive glasses via this app and they’re defective. The frames are so out of line my optician won’t touch them for fear of breaking them and lens direct won’t return or exchange. I tried to reason with them multiple times to no avail. Terrible customer service to boot. Do not order from this company. Don’t believe me?! Do some google searches.
