We are dependent on the staff to add points at time of payment. Now with points in my app, the app is broken and I can’t add my points any more or even open the app. It acts like it is responding and then will not open. It just closes automatically. I tried reloading the app. It starts to open with same result. No one to call and no way to use my points. Not happy!
Can’t use reward in wallet

This app still needs some help. The “Points” and “Wallet” icons on the home page don’t work when tapping. There’s money showing up in the wallet but doesn’t allow me to use it for purchase at a restaurant. And we STILL have to remember to write our phone number on every receipt to get the points. Seriously, look at how other restaurants make it easier to acquire, track and use rewards.You’re trying to reinvent the wheel for no reason.
