This app is supposed to record your habits while driving. It’s horrible. Shows I used my phone when I receive a text or message even though I don’t touch it. If you’re a passenger on a trip and it rates your score before you can edit the trip you’re stuck with that score. We rode in a side by side vehicle with someone else and it recorded several events I couldn’t edit. It records those “events” and effects your score the insurance company uses to “rate” your driving habits. It’s completely inaccurate. Horrible way to “rate” a driver.

There have been a handful of times that the app will track the exact same trip twice. This has happened when I was a passenger and was on my phone during the trip. When I go to the app to change the trip from driver to passenger it will only let me change it on one of the trips. The other is stuck on driver and that causes my streak to go back to zero and my score to drop. This is very aggregating and needs to be fixed ASAP!

I’ve been trying to keep track of my trips but I haven’t been able to open the app for weeks now. It also doesn’t seem to be fair to be penalized for “speeding” when there are roads in Texas with speed limits of 85mph - should be adjusted per the state that is being travelled in maybe. Also have to spend a ton of time going through trips adjusting whether I was a passenger or not. App definitely needs a lot of work, only using it for my insurance.
