This app used to work great and I used it for my businesses. The last week , this app has went to the toliet and is very inconsistent. The last day or so , it doesn’t even work. I’m paying money to this app to have it not work and watch my businesses lose money as well. There is ZERO costumer support or anything like that so it’s not happening.
Crashes a lot

I’ve been using the app for about a month now and I experience multiple times where the app just won’t pull up the video from the link and says working to fix the issue but it doesn’t get fixed for days def. Something they need to work on. Especially due to the fact I pay for this app
Doesn’t work all of a sudden

Downloaded and paid for the monthly subscription for it. Well the last week or so when I go to paste my link into the tab for it it will NOT work!! It freezes up and doesn’t do what it’s meant to do. Really wish I would get a refund considering I haven’t been able to get my moneys worth out of it..
