pay before you try?

This appears to be a great app! However, they require you to sign up for a recurring charge *before* you can try it.
That's not cool. Every app that does that gets 1 star from me, and if you're reading this, I beg you to also give 1 star.
Nothing wrong with charging for your app, but sign-up-before-you-try apps are designed to trick you into forgetting and accidentally paying for stuff you didn't want. It's very deceptive.

Could have been a good app. My chief complaint is that after signing up for the service you still have to pay for each app that connects to it. I tried to download the one on my smart TV so that I could connect it to my Flickr account. I’m not gonna pay 3.99 plus 6.99 to watch my movies I have on Flickr

Beware! This app requires permission to upload AND organize photos in my Google photos albums when linking the app to a google photos account??!! Um….no. Why not just permission to view the photos for a slideshow?
