I took one pill and felt light headed. Decided to call my pharmacy and ask about the meds in your pill. Found out that I have low blood pressure normally and should not take your pills. Please cancel my subscription and tell me where I should send back your product. I'm sure as a reputable company you'll also reimburse me my $175. That you charged me. Please respond. By using a large busted, sensually acting woman in your commercial, looking to get mental health help, does not even remotely want to even look into your site for help, let alone trust your company. If you want to appeal to women with mental health issues, this is defiantly not the not the way to advertise. I have mental health issues and if I did not have insurance, and would be interested in getting help from a company like yours, this would not draw me in. I am big busted, but she looks like she is trying to seduce the viewers. Think about it. Do you really think women that have mental health issues want to see that?
I just received my RX hers and the cap wasn't on it and it leaked out over an inch out of the bottle. I would like a return lable and please send me a new bottle. I paid $150.00 for this and I was sent a defective bottle or wasn't packaged well. I paid way to much for me to keep this one. Lila Hood

I am a member right now and I am extremely unhappy with the services. I have just had a difficult time trying to find some kind of alternative so thats why i am stuck using this app still because I desperately need some kind of medication for my anxiety so some is better than none i suppose. But overall this app is horrible. They constantly dismiss my anxiety symptoms. I have had to switch medications several times now. Every single time you need help you have to talk to someone new (you dont have one set assigned provider) and reexplain everything to them all over again. I feel unheard, uncomfortable talking to them and almost like just giving up entirely but i am so scared my anxiety and depression will get out of control if i do. Would not recommend this app to anyone ever.

…And have them charge you as fast as they can without direct explanations or meaningful back and forth consultation with a medical provider. The access to this healthcare seems nice, but there feels like it is focused on getting your money versus helping people. There are more responsible companies out there that take more time to explain medications. They hide behind legalese and barely mentioning things that require you to have to read between the lines. They are easy to contact when you have an issue, but you will not be refunded.

It is nice you respond to these, but I reached out to support from the start, before I left this review…so why would you change your response? It takes time to contact you…and I am not really up to doing that if the answer is gong to be the same. I was told I could not be refunded, is that something you are willing to change? If so I will reach out as you suggested.

I thought at first, this would be the best thing for me, considering I have a full-time job and work many hours, at least 120 every two weeks and I thought that the price was decent but then I tried to cancel my subscription and instead it did not cancel the subscription so then I get a charge today and I talk to a customer support person and they said that you have to cancel your prescription 48 hours before the scheduled payment but if you think you have your subscription canceled do not believe that because they will still take the money out and then you are at a loss I have not taken the medication in a couple of months I have two bottles that I no longer use and now they are sending me another bottle that is basically going to be going in the trash and they will not refund
