Remote For Hisense Reviews

I don’t as happy to find the Hisense roku remote in RemoteForHisense Store. The first night, it worked great. The next night, it wouldn’t work at all. Removed RemoteForHisense and tried to reinstall. Still won’t work. Very disappointed. No way to get help or ask questions either

Trying RemoteForHisense and it works well, except I must rename my control and the ads are too much, cannot exit ads unless RemoteForHisense is closed out completely and then you must rename again. I have not tried the “premium” version but I assume there is a cost to it. I will be checking out other apps which are free without this pain.

I had to pay for RemoteForHisense and it doesn’t even work by chance I can get it to turn my TV off or change the station or volume control and I make sure the device I’m using is on the same Wi-Fi network as my smart tv. I feel like I’ve been stolen from.

The free version makes you watch long raunchy dating app ads. I paid $4.99 for the ad free version then RemoteForHisense stopped working all together 2 days later. Wasted $4.99 to have a remote for 2 days. A lot of reviews say RemoteForHisense all together just stops working. This company is a scam!!! Can’t imagine how much money they have made off of this junk app. App support doesn’t even connect to a page!

Seems from the reviews that this is a hit or miss app, and unfortunately for me it’s a miss. It won’t even recognize my tv. I’ve done as much troubleshooting as I can, and ensured both the tv and my phone are on the same channel on my WiFi, but nothing works. So, it’s getting deleted and I’m moving on to try something else.

It worked great at first except for the fact that it won’t turn my tv on. Later on it won’t even work and I have no idea why or how to fix it and way to many ads

After immediately downloading it works great but after that first day it freezes. I’ve deleted RemoteForHisense and reinstalled it several times and it’s happened every time. RemoteForHisense also asks if you would like to purchase the remote to play without commercials. If it worked consistently I would pay the one time fee but instead I’ll be looking for a similar app so I can delete this one.

RemoteForHisense works well on the phone and ipad, however…

The “quick” buttons are too close to the volume up button and is easily tapped to screw up your current channel.

RemoteForHisense eats battery life like crazy and causes the iphones to heat up.

RemoteForHisense worked better than any other app I’ve ever used then it stopped working yesterday and still not responding anymore, if this is fixed I’ll give 5 stars

RemoteForHisense is good until you leave then it seems to unpair or disconnect and create issues to turn the TV it has to be moved and it’s on a shelf and big I’m afraid it’s going to fall

This was by far the best remote app I had ever used. It never reset. Never lost its place. Turned the TV On and off. Changed Apps easily, etc….

Then 2 days ago it stopped, I’ve tried all the usual tricks, no joy!

My dog chewed up my tv remote so I downloaded RemoteForHisense to see if it would work and it’s been great. It gives you access to everything you need and pretty interactive for being as simple as it is. I only give it 4/5 stars because it doesn’t let you customize or change the order of any of the buttons. I even upgraded to the paid option but nothing changed. Still, very good.

This worked consistently for months but suddenly stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled but still nothing. Shame I paid for the ad free one now.
UPDATE
I received a message from the developers about a Roku update that caused an issue with RemoteForHisense . I updated Roku settings and RemoteForHisense works 99% again! The only thing that doesn’t work is powering the tv on via app.

I lost my remote, so I downloaded this application and everything started working exactly like before. Very simple to set up.

We can’t find our remote anywhere and this came in handy. It works great thank you for making this

Followed the instructions on how to enable connection and is now back to working amazingly thank you for the quick response and fixing it😁

The controller broke very soon after getting it the quality was kinda bad. Then once I fixed the controller, the whole controller stop working all together! So I just thought y’all would want to know that, but lhhhh Byeee 💯❤️🤣

With RemoteForHisense I don’t need get up and look for the control I just get my phone and go to his remote RemoteForHisense is amazing u all should have it I think it made the world a better place for kids to watch movies and shows and Jesus videos get the his remote it will change your legs !!!!!!!!

I love this remote! You can use it on any of your Roku devices doesn’t matter if it’s a Hisense or not! it gives you the option to pay for it. That way you don’t have to watch ads, but you don’t have to. I’ve had RemoteForHisense for a 1 1/2 years and never paid for it not time. If you don’t want ads then pay for it, but you don’t have to!!!

I was tired of Hi Sense remote controls. The buttons would get stuck etc that’s what you get when a remote is less than $10. I found His Remote and love it. RemoteForHisense is so easy to use. My husband won’t download RemoteForHisense to his phone, so technically I still have control over the TV 😄😄I love being able to turn on the tv before I’m even in my house. Scares the crap out of him to when the Tv just comes on ( he forgets RemoteForHisense on my phone🤣). I can actually add other tvs too.
