Misrepresentation of their subscription plans

I signed up for one year subscription yesterday, thinking that I would have a few days to review the course.
After approximately one minute and 20 seconds of use, I decided that I did not like it and I wanted to cancel the subscription.
When I contacted the company, they basically told me that I had to pay for the full year because that was the subscription that I had signed up for.
I have contacted Apple about this as I feel that the company has used misleading practices to obtain a subscription.
based on my very limited experience with this application. I would be very careful about subscribing to it until you are very sure that it is something that you want to use.
