I signed up for one year subscription yesterday, thinking that I would have a few days to review the course.
After approximately one minute and 20 seconds of use, I decided that I did not like it and I wanted to cancel the subscription.
When I contacted the company, they basically told me that I had to pay for the full year because that was the subscription that I had signed up for.
I have contacted Apple about this as I feel that the company has used misleading practices to obtain a subscription.
based on my very limited experience with this application. I would be very careful about subscribing to it until you are very sure that it is something that you want to use.

Вирішила спробувати пробний період на 7 днів. Зрозуміла, що не маю часу займатися, на жаль. На 5 чи 6й (!!!) день списалися 89 доларів. Чому не на 7й, якщо пробний період 7 днів? Було написано пробний період тиждень, мали бути попередження про списання. Я навіть заскрінила до якого числа. Написала в техпідтримку 2 рази - мовчать...

I love Lingard. It is very cleverly designed and professionally implemented. It really helps to improve my English. I recommend it to my friends all the time.
But there is one comment about saving progress. There are problems with taking into account the time of classes and reading - sometimes it is not recorded and accordingly is not saved and not displayed. Please pay attention, I will be very grateful if you fix this

Уважаемый разработчик. Или я не вижу этой функции или ее необходимо добавить. Когда я повторяю слова приложение дает возможно повторить только все слова разом, а если у меня на повторении 100 слов то это может занять более часа. Необходима возможность регулировать количество слов для повторения за одно занятие. Благодарю если услышите меня.
