Not getting email code to withdraw my bitcoin.

I linked my wallet to the GoMining Website yesterday afternoon. I had $207 in USDT on it, which was immediately taken in a transaction as soon as I linked my wallet. As I was trying to figure out if I just had the settings wrong and couldn't see my balance - or if the money was really gone - I was contacted by the GoMining Admin on Telegram, asking me how things were going. I told her what had happened and she said that it was a technical error. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to send 350 ETH to that same wallet to finish the synchronization. I have screenshots of this conversation, by the way. I pointed out that 350 ETH was over $1 million US dollars, and she then said that I only needed to make a small transfer to my wallet, so I sent $20 from my Coinbase account (in USDT). She said that it had to be in ETH, so I sent another $20 in ETH to my wallet. Note that all these transactions were to my own wallet - not as any sale or agreement with GoMining. She then said that it had to be a total of $350 US dollars worth of ETH, so I only needed to send $110 more. (By this time, I had put $247 into that wallet - again, not sent it to GoMining). She assured me that doing this would complete the "synchronization", so I said, "what the heck", and sent what I thought was the final $110 to my wallet. Even though she was telling me that I had to send it as ETH, I noticed that both my ETH and USDT were being taken, and I was being charged conversion fees, so I simply sent the last $110 as USDT to my wallet. That, of course, disappeared as well. So, now, as I am out $357 dollars, she is telling me that I need to pay another $150 to complete the process - meaning that my other money is being held hostage. Of course, I refused to send any more as that is how every scam works, and I told her to simply cancel this "synchronization" and put my wallet back the way it was. She continued to insist that she would - as soon as I paid another $150. She then suggested that I contact technical support. So, here I am. Now, obviously, I don't know what is going on - but it doesn't look good. You either have some serious technical problems, or this system is designed to scam people. As I told your representative on Telegram, this is simple. If it was a legitimate mistake, then it is simple to reverse those transactions or do whatever is necessary to make this right. She sent me screenshots showing that she can see my money and it is either being held in limbo by your processes, or I'm being lied to and my money was simply taken. I am willing to accept the explanation of error (it still concerns me, but I am willing to accept it) if my wallet is restored to its prior condition or if restitution is made in some other way.
