Went to purchase my first NFT and was prompted to input my social security number to complete purchase. Of course I refused to give that information however my bank account was charged regardless but I never received anything for said purchase. Probably won’t get my money back either.

Tried to sign up with email and keeps giving me error? Tried all my email? Hmm? Maybe doesn’t want you to have the free trial? Definitely deleting! Wants me to purchase if use FB or put in a wallet info? Without even having any free trial! Not worth it!
App and website needs to be fixed for customers

The app and website constantly crashes and signs you out then refuses to sign you back in if you cant sign in on the app 99% of the tome you cant sign in to your account via website either then they make it to where you got to click service each day for a small discount on service fees and then since you cant sign in you cant click meaning it resets your streak and progression of the discount cumulation. And it just seems like the company just doesn't care about fixing this cause it has been happing since march of 2024 for me so I'm sure other customers have had this issue longer. Until you fix this issue i will not upgrade my miner anymore and just let it sit there. You want me money fix your log-in issues on the your domain
