Can't get remote playback to work at all. Been an issue for a month or two
App keeps crashing on android platform
Luma not working on Android. Works on my iPhone, Luckily I have an iPhone. What about those who don't? This has been going on for weeks.
Luma app crashes every time I open on my Android. IPhone is still working fine. I've rebooted, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing!

I cannot view my cameras. My house has electric power so the cameras should be able to view on my iPhone and iPad.
On screen messg says “failed to connect”. Only happened a few hours ago. Hope it corrects itself. Anybody else have this problem? My cams are 2 yr. old & we’ve never had a problem before.

The default photo output in LUMA has been adapted by disabling auto-sharpening and flattening out the image, so you get the full bit-depth from your camera at your editing disposal. Fun fact - when shooting in ProRAW or regular in the default camera, the image is always sharpened and HDR is applied, and on some devices this may lead to results you may not be happy with - and might not have the ability or time to reverse that. These settings can be fine tuned through editing, and saving it as a preset for use in the camera in the future. No more editing needed! This two-step touchscreen shutter implementation minimises camera shake, especially when using slower shutter speeds without a tripod. LUMA prides itself in performing as little post-processing when capturing the photo as possible, in order to give you the most editing latitude later on.
