While the Done app initially makes the company appear legitimate, the appointment scheduling function and the messaging portion of DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment are nonfunctional. When you attempt to have a conversation with your physician, any reply of theirs will close the dialog as “your question has been answered” when 99% of the time it absolutely hasn’t. All major pharmacies refuse to accept their prescriptions, forcing patients to find hole in the wall pharmacies desperate for business. The vetting process by the physician is designed to expedite medication prescription and takes little consideration of the patient’s needs. Even after alerting staff to serious adverse effects of the medication that was prescribed, DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment and staff refuse to schedule a follow up assessment. My Done experience on the whole has been 1/10 and has left me in a worse position than when I initially sought help. Telehealth should not be this complicated, stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL BE IGNORED AND THEY WILL PUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AT RISK.
To start, my provider has now not responded to me on several occasions. Most recently my pharmacy was out of stock of a medication and my provider sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I’ve been trying to sort it out but customer support refuses to fully read their emails so after waiting days for a response you get some sort of generic or not helpful response back. They keep telling me my prescription has been sent because they are referring to the first prescription that was out of stock instead of reading further and learning that I had scheduled an appointment and received a new prescription because the old one was out of stock.
Do not ignore the reviews like I did! There’s plenty of other services that will help you get treatment for adhd.

Done is a terrible company. I spent weeks waiting to be seen by their provider. Ultimately the psychiatrist prescribed me medications and nowhere would accept their prescriptions. It is a 3-5 business day wait period between pharmacy change. So you could imagine my frustration when multiple pharmacies are not accepting their prescriptions even if you call and ask if they would. DONE did not care to help me at all. I feel they just took my advantage of my mental health. They collected my money and threw me to the wind after they got paid. Terrible customer support that just blames you for everything and you have to make an appointment just for a phone call. Stay away. Go somewhere else that actually cares about their patients and is willing to help them. No reason DONE should not have a list of pharmacies they are able to get medication fulfilled through. Lazy company that is 100% profit driven and does not care about doing right by the patient.

They don’t answer emails They have a none working number Any messages you send are replied my a CHAT BOT. The only time I did get someone to call me was when I left them a 1 star review.
These people left me without medication for 6 weeks!
Their phone numbers are all disconnected.
You have to email people and they take 24 hours to respond.
They tried 6 times to send prescriptions to a pharmacy before blaming me for not asking another pharmacy.
I did ask for another pharmacy and DONE LLC picked the pharmacy they’re having communication problems with.
The pharmacy was awesome and called the DONE LLC office on my behalf but couldn’t get through because all the lines were disconnected. They’re emails went in answered.
The pharmacy mentioned I might be getting scammed.
Well DONE LLC, am I getting scammed?
Today I waited 40 minutes for a session to start, over ZOOM, and I was notified for not showing up.
I better not get charged!
A DONE LLC rep did call me once apologizing for all my problems over the last six weeks but stated he couldn't do anything to help. He said DONE LLC knows that all their communication phone numbers are not working and they were supposed to be taken off the website and app months ago.

I was so excited to find an app that could connect me with providers to listen to my concerns and prescribe medication for my ADHD. I paid for an annual membership with the assumption I would continue getting my medication on a monthly basis, however I’ve been unmedicated for over a month. This was initially due to a medication shortage so I brought up switching to a more readily available, similar medication to avoid lapses in medication but my provider wanted to try and online pharmacy instead so I agreed. That was over a month ago and I still have not received my medication in the mail. I’ve requested phone calls and sent multiple electronic messages without actually receiving any help for my concerns. It is so sad to see that money is the top priority and not providing consistent, quality patient care.

If you want to experience severe withdrawl for two weeks while no one cares at all, this is the program for you. Done will continue to take your money, yet will not respond when you have issues getting medication. My doctor was very nice and seemed to care, but prescriptions are out of his hands once sent. You’ll get generic chapGPT responses about shortages but really your pharmacy won’t receive their Rx and the RX outreach done recommends will have ZERO record of you. If you are ok waiting over a week for medication you’ve taken for 15 years and don’t have a life, job, or children, then go ahead and give done your money for them to ignore you. This customer service is an absolute DISGRACE. The phone number doesn’t work, maybe that’s why they include the suicide hotline and other mental health emergency numbers because that’s how angry this “care” will make you.

Went into this experience with a positive attitude. My provider sounded knowledgeable but rushed me through the entire process. She decided to diagnose me with depression and was unsure I had ADHD, which I have been consulted with other doctors about and they had agreed I do indeed have ADD. When I reached out for the 3rd time complaining about my dissatisfaction the provider, made me once again because I felt I did not get what I paid $200 for, she was very rude and once again did not listen to me. Just heard the part where I had asked for a refund. I have several friends using this service with the exact same symptoms as I do and they are receiving the medication. She was unhappy from the beginning because I had expressed frustration because she could not connect to the first appointment and Done was trying to charge me another time for a service I did not receive. Overall I would recommend this service. Just go to an in person group. It has worked for some but it’s not for everyone. I believe this is just a money grab.

Had 1st appointment with provider and provider agreed for me to continue on Adderall 10mg x 3 per day. Provider sent me a message yesterday saying it was sent into my pharmacy but they haven’t received anything. Provider had all information provided. Now I’m starting to think this is all a scam. I’ve already paid $200 for appointment thinking this was a an easier route than having to find another doctor since I just moved. Now playing can’t get ahold of anyone to speak to them. I’m panicking and this is not helping my ADHD at all. Don’t know what to do??? I believe I’m going to call my lawyer and file a lawsuit. I was going to give you all the benefit of doubt but u failed after seeing all the other people that have been done same way.

Don’t expect to have your medication refilled when you submit the request. My Doctor waits 3 days sometimes more to send the refill to the Pharmacy. Don’t expect to have your messages or emails responded to or your issues resolved ever. I’ve requested to switch pharmacies before and it took weeks. I’ve requested new doctors before and was told there is only 1 Doctor licensed in my state to prescribe my medication. There have been some months that go great and no flaws or hiccups but then some months are just a horrible experience. It’s too inconsistent for me and they make me feel unimportant and as if my treatment and condition doesn’t matter. I’ve also been charged the monthly membership fee before I get my refill or see my doctor. I’m so frustrated with DONE FIRST. If you can find a good Doctor somewhere else please try that first. I hate to talk bad about my own provider but I have to speak out finally because I am at my breaking point.
by Keisten PDX
The Dr. I saw seemed more interested in prescribing medication than knowing me or my medical history- and then no pharmacies could fill what was prescribed. When I waited a week to see another provider after my first left the company, my appointment was cancelled at the last minute, rescheduled automatically to a time I did not confirm and then I was charged a $175 no show fee. When I expressed in writing that I wanted to cancel (via the text help desk) I received no response. No where on DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment are you allowed to cancel and I am now pushing unauthorized charges through my bank to stop their withdrawals. Horrible experience.
by BeerShopManager
Done is a terrible company and you shouldn’t do business with them. They will charge you monthly but not respond to prescription requests for months on end. When you ask for a refund on months where they didn’t give you a prescription, they’ll give you the run around and ultimately pay you $15 off the $79 they charged. I gave them 22 days to contact me back so I can get my prescription before my trip, not a single customer service person could respond to countless emails, Instagram DMs, messages in the portal or anything. Ultimately I couldn’t get medication before my trip that they’ve charge me for. This is the 2nd time this happened. Their customer service is non existent, they want our money and they don’t care about helping us out once they get it. You can’t contact them by anything except a support email that they don’t email back on. Their phone number will keep you on hold for hours and never lead to a person. Depending on the doctor, they’ll start you on some useless medication that doesn’t work for months before getting the medication you need. Half the time they don’t even send in the right prescriptions. Stay away, find another company who does this type of business
by Willz1818
Very poor experience. I saw a clinician who could see by my record I was on adderall for many years and I told her how well it works for me and that I was out of my medication and struggling without it. She said she would call in an rx and then I got my follow up notes from the appointment indicating she called in straterra a mediation I specifically told her did not work for me. I called the pharmacy to see if maybe it was a mistake and she called in the appropriate rx… to my shock there was nothing at all called in. Not even the straterra. Feeling very alone and burned having trusted this new age app. I should not have.

I started off really liking and appreciating DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment. Especially being someone without health insurance. Appointments were quick and easy. Prescriptions were sent in same day. This month has been a complete nightmare. I sent my refill request in Monday expecting to get it within the next couple days. Didn’t which was fine. I didn’t start to worry until I hit the 72 hour mark and still hadn’t heard anything. Here we are 5 days later, I haven’t heard anything from the doctor I’ve been seeing, my prescription hasn’t been sent in, I’ve contacted support through DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment , the website, and email, have heard nothing. I finally figured “okay I’ll make an apt” nothings available for another 5 days. I’m wondering if it has something to do with the legal issues the company is facing. Whatever the case is, I am completely dissatisfied. Got on reddit, apparently this is something they do all the time.

Horrible customer service that will charge you without taking any action for over a month and not keeping you updated on what is going on with your treatment and subscription. They also cancel your appointment last minute if you do or don’t take their assessment tests, in which the person will give a random excuse of a random family member dying, which has happened with a lot of the PHPMs that have been assigned/fired/resigned/rerouted to me (I’m on my 4th or 5th- can remember) They will also try to pivot and say they’re busy or some lame excuse, in order to rebook your appointment past your payment date just charge you and make you stay with them. I have been trying to contact customer service or anybody that will answer for over a month and nothing has been done, except not answer me and switched/reassign another new PHPM which canceled the appointment and rescheduled to another date. All while they charged me the subscription fee.
by Neva_Wrong
I’ve contacted Done. 12 days ago to refill & my pharmacy still hasn’t received my prescription. The first time it was sent to a pharmacy that I haven’t used in months so I really don’t understand why that would have happened to begin with, but still, my prescription hasn’t been resent to the correct pharmacy. I’m completely out of my prescription at this point. I’ve contacted Done. several times to resolve this issue with no success. This is terrible patient care. I can’t believe this is how this company treats its clients. I’m paying you $80 a month to simply send my prescription to my pharmacy. I’ve contacted Done several times for help & still haven’t received my prescription.

Great concept, terrible execution. DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment was buggy: it kept hiding the submit button when trying to send a message, and when I chose my own pharmacy, it later reverted to RxOutreach without my consent. This resulted in my prescription (which my doctor kept getting wrong) being sent to RxOutreach, and when I asked for it to be sent to a local pharmacy, I was told we first have to wait for the RxOutreach scrip to be nulled. This took weeks, despite my constant support emails and in-app messages asking what’s taking so long. When it finally was sent, I wasn’t even notified—I found out when I picked up my next month’s prescription and Walgreens told me they had another scrip from 13 days ago. I signed up for this service to save time and it ended up being a big hassle, because Done leaves things very unDone. When I canceled, I got an email asking why, so I explained again, then I got a call on Saturday night asking again why I canceled. I referred to the email and the support rep said she doesn’t have access to that. I get that outsourcing support to people from India saves money, but when it comes to medical care, details matter.

Conflicted about DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment. On one hand I applaud the concept. DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment has minor bugs, but I don’t want to ding them for that since they are trivial. Therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt reassured. The disappointing part is that pretty much no Bay Area pharmacy will accept prescriptions from Done. According to their customer service message, you cannot use the following: Rite-Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Alto, Capsule, PureCare, Safeway, Von’s, Sam’s Club, Costco and CVS. Believe me, we tried. That leaves online pharmacies. However, my insurance does not cover stimulants, and no online pharmacy will accept out-of-pocket payments. Only local pharmacies will do that. So you see the catch-22 here. If you’re like me, you can get a diagnosis and a prescription, and then you can’t fill it. I was in contact with their support guy Neo (nice guy btw) and in three hours, we couldn’t locate a single pharmacy I could go to within a *two hour drive*. And there’s no refunds as Done considers their part done and it’s not their problem that I can’t fill the prescription.

I’ve had some minor issues with communication. I feel like the doctors and team have to be aware of medication being hard to get since it’s been a national problem. Also, when they changed something in admin it changed the contracts with certain pharmacies that messed with me getting medication on time. Then when you send a message it takes the team days to get back which delays everything so I ended up not being able to get meds in a timely manner (like a month w/out meds,) and is super frustrating! Do your research on certain meds your insurance covers and a list of pharmacies you would normally use before your appointment so you have options!

I started using Done after I saw an online advertisement. I went through the questions and ultimately was asked to schedule an online appointment. After checking my calendar I had a very limited window to schedule and booked. My appointment was re-scheduled 6 times ultimately on a day I was busy. I still managed to make the appointment and reviewed everything with a licensed clinician. Now 5 days ago I scheduled again and of course my appointment was re-scheduled 4 times without my consent. Very frustrating especially when your paying for this service… also they should be more transparent about pricing and charges… $200 initiation fee and $70 a month after…
Please work on being consistent with your scheduling and promise to your clients. I will gladly change my review when I see improvements made.

I used to use cerebral and they were amazing with attentiveness and anxiety emergencies. I paid the same price as I do for DONE. I only Left cerebral because I hit a treatment wall as they cannot prescribe certain stimulants that DONE can prescribe. I’ve been with DONE for maybe 6 months now and it is definitely not ADHD friendly when it comes to scheduling, prescription updates, contact and/or getting the proper medication. I’ve been on the same one for a few years and I’ve been struggling immensely for about 2 years now with my focus, memory, motivation, energy, mood swings, remembering anything that isn’t a big task and just general feelings of always being overwhelmed when I shouldn’t be. I feel like I shouldn’t have left cerebral because if I have to keep getting a “let’s try for another 6 weeks” over and over I would have rather it been with the attentive provider.

DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment is amazing with the ability to track your meds, mood and other things to help manage your ADHD/ADD and help find tends in behavior. The medication reminder is definitely helpful as we all tend to forget that part…
Additionally, the providers have been amazing and have really helped me to get my life back. For the longest time I didn’t understand why I couldn’t focus or I forgot so much or I couldn’t finish projects. I didn’t realize that not only is this a fixable issue, but not everyone’s brain works that way. Done has literally given me the ability to be a better human, mother, professional and more. Im truly grateful DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment and service exists

My Done. provider diagnosed me and got me started on meds that have truly been life changing for me. They’ve worked with me to make Med adjustments and have helped to deal with insurance issues for meds. I’m very thankful to have found Done. when I did! I’m just now starting to use DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment , but happy with it so far.

Service is great. Easy and cost effective way to get psychiatric services. Been great. May take a day or two to get appointment but that’s bette than most actual doctors and you don’t really need. Sometimes it’s annoying there is no phone number as things can be a lot of back and forth with waiting a day for the next question. DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment works way. Better for tracking requests and message chains. The website is more paired down and a bit clunky to use in comparison. DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment does have a lot of unnecessary features. Like thought journaling that other apps do better so I don’t use.

there needs to be a way to adjust the time you took your meds. buddy i have adhd. i see the notification and remember to take them but i dont go into DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment to mark it that very moment. but i know when i took it. sometimes i take it in advance and definitely don’t do it. but if i could adjust the time i could track my energy levels and sleep quality based on when exactly i took my meds and have a better understanding of when i absolutely should and the longest it can wait. if u use this idea and put it behind a paywall i will cry, give me ads first.

I read the previous review regarding the bugs that were mentioned in DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment and I fortunately have not experienced those bugs at all. DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment works great for me and I’ve not had any issues with it.
The service that this organization offers is really convenient, thorough, and very well put together. I was concerned that the physicians would not take the concerns I had seriously. I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to work with the physician assigned to my case and the service I’ve received has been exceptional.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for this is because I was forced to pay the monthly $79 dollar fee in the very beginning for 2 consecutive months while my medication was unavailable due to manufacturing shortages. I understand that this is not “Done”s problem, but it seems like an absolute waste at first to pay for a service that you don’t get a benefit from. My only complaint is that the subscription fee should start when the medication is confirmed available and provided. I raised this concern with customer service atleast twice while my medication was not available and I did not receive a response. I have not had trouble getting my medication since though.
by Shitficker
They aren’t a perfect company and they can be slow and sluggish at booking an appointment but relative to trying to go through a primary care physician they are the path of least resistance.
by Jessicaaax3
I started my account with Done because i suspected i had ADHD, and i hate going to doctors so an online platform with virtual appointments seemed like a good fit for me. The doctor i was assigned seemed to really care about my well-being and was very kind and helpful! The only complaint i have is that it’s a little expensive, but the convenience is worth the money! If you’re like me and have a hard time prioritizing doctor appointments and things like that, Done is the right thing for you. Easy, efficient & they are more than willing to work with you if you have any issues due to medication shortages or insurance issues. Done has made my life so much easier!
by Jcollins36
Done has been amazing for me. I am an owner operator of a restaurant. So trying to get doctor appointments has been next to impossible since Covid. My wife discovered Done and so we gave it a try since I have been on adder-all since college. They have been on point with helping me find a local pharmacy that was able to fill my prescription when there was a national shortage as well as following up with me after every refill to make sure I was able to get my prescription. They have even offered me alternative options other than a prescription. I definitely give them 5 stars plus.

This telehealth app has saved my sanity. I am a 44 year old mom and was diagnosed at 14, but like many was misinformed about it ‘fading away with time” and found myself absolutely buried by life’s daily tasks. I felt like a failure as an adult, and was chronically late. The pandemic magnified my problems and I saw that I needed to find help. My therapist had told me they felt I had severe ADHD, and it seemed obvious…still needed to get an evaluation, and the waitlists here were 3-8 months long! I contacted Done after seeing an ad on Instagram. The first provider and I clashed…customer service was *so very helpful* and set me up with my current provider, who is just wonderful. I do truly feel seen, and I do feel heard, I am not judged for having pink hair and tattoos. My son sees the difference in me. I am a walking ad for Done, I tell people about it often. I only wish I found them sooner!

My lack of focus and lack of productivity have been contributing to a deep depressive state for a very long time. I was diagnosed with ADHD several years ago while on active duty military. Due to newer Federal mandates the VA had made it increasingly difficult to continue to get the medication that I have been prescribed for several years from the DOD and VA itself!
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with done. My doctor has been very responsive as has customer support. When I needed to change my medication and dosage, all I had to do was use the messaging. Also, my refills have been prompt as well. I have referred three family members and two friends to done, and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, the VA hospital is just too much red tape to deal with and done has been an affordable solution. I cannot thank them enough.

I wish i would have found DONE sooner! Like many others during the pandemic i lost touch with my physician that i have been going to since 2007. In search for a new Dr. that could help me with my adhd i discovered done and gave it a shot. Telemedicine was completely new to me so i was skeptical at first but i can not believe how helpful and understanding the done team and the physicians have been. It has been a smooth and pleasant experience through out my time using there service. They are quick to respond to my questions and the website and app make things convenient in ways that work for me. I would recommend checking them out, it just might be right for you too.

As someone who has struggled for most of their life keeping up with doctors, and appointments etc..this was hands down the best decision I’ve made. It’s affordable, and extremely user friendly right at the touch of your hands via app or computer. I myself have struggled with ADHD since I was little and time and time again I was told that “she’s just a kid, she will grow out of it”. It has impacted my whole life and after I had my son in January of 2022 my ADHD got worse so I knew I was going to have to deal with that at some point. I put it off, and continued to until I was in a full meltdown and was pushed to seek help. I immediately started searching for options and I found Done. and was able to get an appointment the next day. The ease of meeting with a provider made it worth it. My provider took the time to hear me out, and I finally felt understood. The only thing that I could say that is in any way shape or form that is negative is that they cannot treat you if you have high blood pressure. But other than that 10/10 would recommend!

Done was the first online support for medication and consultation. I wasn’t sure if it was going to give what I felt I needed, but it works for me. Their app is super straight forward and easy to use. Since COVID, online meetings at e breeze and really familiar. My doctor really listens to what I say and, in turn, he presents a plan recommendation. Refills for my medication are easy and like other pharmacy apps, you make a request to refill, and it is available at your pharmacy. All communicated via text messaging. If you are thinking about trying Done for consultation and or medication, go for it. Discontinuing is just as easy as signing up (Settings > Cancel Account). I hope this helps and good luck!

I truly enjoyed my experience with Done. I was able to schedule an appointment as early as the next morning. The clinician was knowledgeable and attentive. I was able to receive a prescription without interrupting my work schedule as I currently work from home. There were some other items I need to receive coverage from my insurance and Done acted to every request in a timely manner with great accuracy and sense of urgency. Additionally, there is a shortage of ADHD medication and Done accommodated my situation by calling various pharmacy until they located one that was able to fulfill my prescription. Extremely pleased and will continue to use this service.

If you have a very busy schedule or lifestyle that keeps you from being able to attend events that other people have a chance to go to. Maybe you are someone who isn't able to step away from the office to get to appointments or see the doctors you need to see on a monthly basis? Managing a life with ADHD, being a single mother, and working 7 days a week, every week, 360 days out of 365 I am in my office for longer than 9 hours each day--I have ZERO personal time for myself, let alone designated doctor appointments, so I had to find a solution to get the medication I need to make through every day! DONE has allowed me the freedom & convenience to still live my everyday life and still see a doctor & I am able to get my medication delivered to me right at work! Without DONE Healthcare I wouldn't be able to do so! I am so glad I found healthcare that works for me and my life. Not only is it affordable, it's less than $80 monthly without insurance, but it's also nice to be able to be in your own trusted environment to speak with your doctor about your personal health issues! Thank you for allowing me to live an uninterrupted life & for providing me with professional medical care at an affordable price!

I’m honestly so impressed with the done portal. When I first started, it was a massive relief to be able to connect with someone one on one who was specifically there to talk about my adhd symptoms and medication. Since then, the website and app have become so organized, it’s been so fun to be able to track my own stats and progress. As an adhd person, I thrive on coaching apps and have had success with them in the past, and I’m so thrilled that the done app is starting to make moves toward that direction. I’m seeing improvements and I LOVE the articles. They help me understand myself in a way that I’ve never been able to address in the past, and is actively helping me overcome the biggest challenge with adhd (negative self- thinking) and its HUGE. Done has helped fill in so many missing pieces when working on myself and my symptoms. I also love that it makes you do the work and count your own stats, which has had a direct impact on my behavior and focus. Definitely feel the good habits forming. It’s so much more than just a convenient way to get your medication, it’s also a wonderful tool that I wish I had when I was younger. Highly recommend!

Honestly this company is so easy to work with, it’s refreshing. The initial assessment was easy to set up, connecting with your provider is cake, and they are very attentive to patients needs and opinions. A really great feature is the “Superbill”, where as they give you a neatly broken down itemized receipt for submitting to your insurance provider. They also take FSA and HSA payments which is a massive plus that a lot of other companies of this same sort aren’t able to do. All in all a wonderful experience with Done.

I’ve been diagnosed and Rx treated for ADHD over 10 years. When Covid hit the world, I was in the middle of moving to a whole new state with a whole new job. I struggled for 4+ months to see someone only to be turned away, met with skepticism or simply not having any knowledge of ADHD.
Finally, Done was the only service that would see me, understand my issues and work with me endlessly so that I would have access to medication and continuity of care. Every time since then when I’ve moved or had issues with a pharmacy or drug shortage, they went above and beyond to personally resolve these issues for me. I’ve been with Done for 3+ years now and I do not ever want to leave because I finally have stability in that aspect of my life :)

For nearly 3 years now I have been receiving consistent, supportive, and amazing ADHD treatment on behalf of my provider and the entire support team at Done-ADHD Managed. I still am in awe that after all this time, not a single month has passed that I haven’t had an issue getting my medication, answered, questions, appointments made, thanks to the staff at Done. I was not all that positive about having a great experience when I first started using Done, but believe it or not, I am the happiest I have ever been with any type of medical/mental health treatment I’ve received in my 39 years of life! Thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being the change and treatment I needed that allows me to enjoy my life the way I do now!

Medication is completely lifechanging for people with ADHD and Done has totally changed the game. You meet with your provider over Zoom and issue medication refills using a single button in DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment . Before Done, I used to have to meet with my doctor in person every 3 months and call their office every month for a medication refill (and in Seattle, it’s almost impossible to get through to a medical office). The Done system is beautifully designed and I am so grateful for it. You’ve made such a difference in my life. Thank you!

I’ve tried a few online mental health services as well as local in person psychiatrists.. Done has been the easiest most affordable and most helpful by far. My prescriber is understanding and knowledgeable and has modified my medications and dosages to where I feel like myself again but without all the side effects I used to hate. She’s the first person in almost 20 years to get it right and I am grateful

I was having trouble getting my medications due to supply issues, changing prescribers, and in office scheduling issues. After multiple months of having to go without my medications for a week each time, I found done and decided to give it a try. Not only is it incredibly easy and convenient but my provider is knowledgeable and even suggested a new medication that is so much better than my previous!
by Jkh05
I was very nervous to start any kind of care with an online provider, but I couldn’t be more happy with my provider. She is very knowledgeable about ADHD, she is always available and responds quicker than 95% of providers. I am extremely happy with my care and if anything changes my provider is right there to walk me through changes or recommendations. She also listens to my concerns and talks to me about solutions and options rather than just telling me what to do. I feel very blessed to have gotten such a great provider.

I’ve used Done for almost a year and it’s been a wonderful year. The clinician and care team are top notch and do everything they can to make your treatment and experience effective and helpful. The team is always checking in to ensure my care is going good. This service has helped me so much in my work and personal life as I’m finishing my degree and got a promotion. Definitely recommend Done to anyone who wants to kick the stigma around ADHD and get the treatment they need. Overall a great service with an awesome care team and clinicians.

I have been struggling for a long time and thought it might be adhd but getting in to talk to someone in my area is half a year wait but done was fast professional and able to figure out what was best for me they even offered support sending medication to a different pharmacy for me because the one I use had them 3 month back ordered.

Tbh I’m glad done has an app available, since I’ve been using their services online. I’ve dealt with mental instability for quite some time and when I found out about done and the fact that I have adhd, the light went off in my head. Luckily, I am now on a medication treatment that has greatly helped me out of the chaos. I’ve been with them for 2 months now and I will stay till the end of time.

Done has been a godsend, they made it easy for me to book an appointment and get the medication I needed in a time when all psychiatrists near me had a several month waiting period. I feel like I’m able to live my life again, and it only takes a few minutes every month to check in with my provider. Done is perfect for anyone with a packed schedule, limited doctor availability, or anxiety about in person visits!

Done has done just what they said they will do. Get the Job Done!
I was able to speak with a doctor. Get a diagnosis and back to a normal level. They are very intuitive and always check up on me. They use text messages so you don’t have someone blowing up your phone. Truly Great Experience!

I’ve been using done for about two months now. Everything has been seamless.
My experiences finding a specialist and setting an appointment, filling out a prescription and getting refills, communicating with my specialist and getting responses in a timely manner has been nothing but easy. If you’re even considering downloading DoneADHDDiagnosisTreatment and setting up an appointment, I highly recommend going using Done.

Done is a great company and makes it easy to get the help you need quicker and easier. Sign up, interview with your assigned Dr and formulate a treatment and it’s like clockwork after that. No complaints towards Done but some pharmacies struggle keeping certain meds in stock. When and if that happens contact Done and switch pharmacies for you.

Very easy to use, thorough screenings and excellent service. Doesn’t feel like they’re just eager to pass out meds, they truly want to help. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a question they were very responsive and there was very little wait time for an answer. Highly recommend this service for sure.

Don’t change my life by allowing me comfort of talking about my attention issues from the safety of my home, listening to what I believe are contributors and symptoms of my attention issues and providing counsel and a treatment plan to help curb those issues. The providers are on time, respectful of my schedule, and provide answers and insight during our sessions.
