Lvble was awesome at first. Customer service was great. I had issues initially getting approved then I SPOKE with someone and they fixed it right away. I got denied to use it about a year (give or take) later and was given the reason cash flow and banking information. Ok, cool. I’ve since reduced my direct deposits to one account from 3 (I no longer bank with the institution I was using at time of enrollment with Lvble) and wanted to update my banking information and they won’t allow it. I’ve also asked that they remove the additional profile that is in their system and they still haven’t addressed it. I’ve asked that a member of senior management contact me to provide terms and conditions that states that I cannot change my banking information and that they can’t remove any of my data from their system. I get chat GPT, cut and paste responses. Use FLEX. I just wish FLEX had options to split 3 or 4, but overall, I like them better. Once they get that option it’ll be game over for apps like Lvble. Denied because I accidentally linked the wrong bank account. Tried to go back and link a different bank, but there was no option.
So I deleted the account and restarted.
I linked my correct bank account when i restarted the process. Got denied again but this time it was for having duplicate info/verification of identity issues. It’s the first of the month so i was really hoping this would work. I wouldn’t waste time with Livble you’re better off with Flex. I was approved at Flex with no issues, they don’t have the split into 3 payments like Livble which is a shame Livble didn’t work for me. They have lots of links and bugs that they need to resolve. Seems like they are brew to the business and have a lot of work ahead of them. After waiting several hours, Customer support provided no support and just told me to look else where. I use 3 different banks because I allocate my paychecks, so if your like me Livble won’t like you. Zero stars due to lack of customer support.

Do not use Livble! I started using Livble in January 2024 and haven’t used it since. There is no live customer service team to talk with over the phone. You have to rely on a horrible chat feature and they take a day or more to get back to you. Additionally, if they process your payment late, you will be banned for 3 months with no hope to use the services again. Completely defeats the purpose of having a flexible rent payment option. Absolute waste of time using Livble.

Trying to use this and it would hang and hang and hang. Contacted Support and they said it had to deal with a problem with my bank connecting to plaid. My bank connect to use it for multiple things. Anyway, I can get past the hang now, but still doesn’t work. I was hopeful after reading other reviews about how great Support was to help resolve their problems. I can’t even get Support to respond to emails at this point. And there seems to be no customer service. So I’ve wasted hours of time on something that doesn’t work.

Livble is so bad it’s funny. Talked to many reps and get different responses each time to get re approved. Very very terrible customer service care. I’ve been waiting 7months to re apply just for them to tell me I have a duplicate account (one with a incorrect email) that I told them to delete. After that deleted account the rep told me to wait a bit more to re apply. Randomly another rep told me I can not re apply because of the duplicate account. Like I said Livble is a so bad it’s funny. Just stay away if you don’t want to be stressed out more. If I can give Livble a zero I would give it a neg score tbh.

If I could give his app 0 stars I would!!! I tried to use it and it declined me for not enough funds going in and out the account…mind you I get direct deposits every Friday from my job with MORE than enough to cover the funds needed…shortly after I connected my bank to Liable’s portal,a day or so later, my bank called me saying my account had been compromised (pretty ironic). There is no customer service team to take calls and they DO NOT respond back when you text them in the “contact support” area…I’ve never left a review on an app in my life but Livble this ridiculously TERRIBLE 0/10 do not use!!!!!!!!!!

Livble has been a gamechanger for my cash flow. I live in an expensive city and it’s really helpful to have the ability to divide up rent into installments. I also want to call out that their customer service is easy to get in touch with and was able to help me change my repayment dates so they align with my actual pay dates. Highly recommend Livble! UPDATE: this went well for the first month and I was totally let down the second month when I went to use it again. Suddenly it was no longer compatible with Active Building and I was left with just the advice of finding an alternative. Very bummed and disappointed with my experience.

Welp I went to Livble hoping they would help. They continued to give me the same bullsh*t canned answer. There is enough income coming in weekly to cover the payments they want, but they all said no. It’s apparent they did no checking of anything when it came to money in and out, just looked at the balance now and made their decision based off that. I see others positive reviews, reliable, dedicated and awesome customer service and all I got was the canned responses if the automated system.
They obviously are looking to help people who make thousands of dollars a week, and those are the people who don’t need the help.
A WARNING TO OTHERS: IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS SERVICE, DONT FALL FOR THE 4 EASY STEPS THEY ADVERTISE. YOU BETTER HAVE THE MONEY TO COVER EVERYTHING OR THEY WILL DENY YOU AND SAY WE HOPE YOU FIND A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE AND REAPPLY IN 90 DAYS.

WARNING! DO NOT USE! This is apps customer service is a joke. They will not answer your questions and have since stopped responding all together. The are apparently not reassessing any accounts at this time due to an update in their system they said and they wish you the best of luck in finding a platform to assist you.
Edit**** you want to come at me like you helped me to begin with yet I just didn’t like your answer? No not the case I actually have still yet to receive an email stating the reason for denial as stated per your policy. So follow through wasn’t an option when you ignored the customer to begin with. It’s alright seems I’m not the only unhappy person and from what I can tell Livble is gonna go under before it even matters. Everything always has a price including Livble.

I would like to understand why I was unable to use it for December ? Our property management gives us til the 5th of the month to pay and when I tried to use it on the 5th you guys said it was too late.. that made no sense. Please explain.

Livble and team is amazing. I was injured and missed over a week of work which threw off my finances a bit. I just needed some help to get back on track as I’m not back to work and these guys came thru! Livble was giving me issues, but the tech team did their thing and next thing I know, I got an email saying my rent had been paid. They were kind and efficient.

This company is fantastic, it takes away the stress of wondering how you’re going to make rent every month, they’re constantly improving the service and making it better. And they have the most fantastic top notch customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone.

Livble has saved my wife and this last month. We were down and out and they covered our rent and was able to split it in affordable payments and even adjust the payment dates for when we aren’t paid exactly on the first.

I have been using them for years to not get late payments on my rent. Not only do they help but the customer service is the best I’ve seen! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to make weekly payments! They’re super flexible as well! It is a true blessing to be able to get help when needed! Thanks so much to the staff at livable!

Our family has been using Lvable for 5 months because it best suits our financial needs due to job changes and trying to keep up with inflation. EVERY TIME there has been an issue with Livble they have kept their word about fixing it within the time frame, with perfect execution. I wish nothing but growth for this business and will proudly share how they have helped my family during this time. I initially got denied, but contacted customer service as my income is good for a teacher. They quickly approved me and I was able to count on them during a difficult time. It has been about 3 months since I’ve used their service and they haven’t charged me the $30 subscription fee since I had them help me back in June. I recently had to move in short time notice and I plan to using them again. The 3 star overall review rating is flabbergasting to me as they were the only ones to help when no one could (besides my parents, but I’m too dang old for that). THANK YOU LVBLE! If you have any issues I suggest to reach out to them as they respond in a timely manner and are truly understanding & respectful.

Livble is truly a blessing. We have two properties, one of which is commercial, and it helps immensely to be able to split payments every month, even if we are doing great financially. Unexpected expenses can arise, and it’s wonderful to have this option available!

I was denied when I first applied, but was contacted directly by customer service and one of the managers and they helped me through the process. They kept in contact with me while they reviewed my application, and eventually got me approved! They were caring, & kind. I needed help breaking down my rent payments next month due to my kids starting school and they understood, & showed compassion and I would definitely recommend them over Flex!

These guys are great! I went through a real struggle to retain my income after paying my rent here in California, it is a life saver to have the option to pay in installments. My family and I are able to enjoy life again while not having to worry about late fee’s or late notices. Living in the San Francisco bay area is not always easy if you don't make over 6 figures. This has enabled me to have a much more flexible life!
