How to fix Livble app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Livble app on iPhone
Update Livble app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Livble iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Livble on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Livble network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Livble app issues:

Force Stop the Livble App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Livble app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Livble to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Livble App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Livble app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Livble.

Fix Livble unable to contact server/ Livble internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Livble » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Livble » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Livble on android.
