How to fix Homeschool app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Homeschool app on iPhone
Update Homeschool app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Homeschool iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Homeschool on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Homeschool network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Homeschool Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Homeschool not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Homeschool App
1. On android, goto Settings » Homeschool » click [Force Stop]

Update Homeschool to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Homeschool App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Homeschool » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Homeschool.

Fix Homeschool unable to contact server/ Homeschool internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Homeschool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Homeschool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
