Most frustrating app

I’m supposed to be able to sign in to the app with my g&b account…except no matter how many times I do this, it tells my login in fails. I go to the website and I can sign in just fine there. There is no customer service to help with this. Also certain lessons in the book require my child watch videos on this app or get help with letter sounds etc. and they can’t.
Impossible to even get into the app

I’ve tried multiple times to start an account(using different emails)but anytime I try to log in with the password I created it tells me my password is wrong. When I attempt to create a new password, it brings me right back to my login account asking for my current password. It’s impossible to even get into the app
Videos are difficult to navigate

I really like the concept of this app but to get to one video to the next is very difficult for children to do on their own. You have to double click and exit out of a few boxes etc. I wish it was set up in a way that was more user friendly.
