I do like that you see more sale items on the app than on the website. However, it is very difficult to read the finer print and the reviews don’t have as much information such as height, weight, age.
The reviews are the biggest issue for me. I am a plus size person who has been wearing NL for 5+ years. It’s very hard to get use to the changes on the app.
I also wish if you looked on the website and put something in your shopping cart that it would show up in app. I had called customer service once about something else and the representative asked me what I thought of the app. I told her about the shopping carts transferring and very curtly she said that other websites don’t do that. I was so shocked since I was never spoken to like that from your exceptional customer service that I didn’t have time to think that many websites and apps have the ability to keep track and keep the merchandise in both carts. I chalked it up to her having a bad day-but unfortunately it stuck with me.
Otherwise your customer service team is exceptional!

I love Natural Life’s website, love the merchandise and how there is a very wide variety of options, however, I do not like the app as far as navigation goes. I will be scrolling through items and checking out the ones that catch my attention, then I’ll add what I want to my cart, and then even browse through some more, then the app freezes up, and this has happened on several occasions. Also there’s hardly any discounts and pretty high prices. Please fix whatever it is causing the freeze up!!!

I’m loving the things that I ordered! But the app is difficult to use as it constantly shuts itself off saying that there has been a problem and three little dots come up. It’s so frustrating and happens every single time I try and use the app! Usually I won’t use it to order. I will skip the free gift and place it without using the app! I’ve lost several free gifts and it’s not fair! Please fix this problem ASAP!
