Decided to give this app a try from an employee’s recommendation to see what it’s about and to see if it’ll be a good rewards program to use for our business. Signed up for an account on their website and it’ll prompt you to enter your CC info (be very careful on this part). Even if you sign up for an account and play around with the rewards program, that’s considered “using their rewards program and software” and you will be charged automatically $79.00 a month. There is no invoice, no itemized item, nothing at all. Seems very shady considering all the vendors we use (i.e. Talech, Poynt) never charge us until we actually use the software for our business. I regret even signing up and even after contacting customer service, they refuse to work with us so we just ended up paying the charges they put on us.

I can’t scan the QR code for some reason. The app never captures the QR code I position inside the box. I have never had this problem before! There should be a fail-safe solution for cases like this, something along the line of manually entering strings of letters or numbers.

The app is not thought through. There is no information regarding reward redemption shown in the app. When I clicked on redeem, the instruction message was not helpful and did not clearly state that I have to present to the staff before proceeding. I had to explain to the staff that I just clicked on it while lining up. He was nice enough to accept my explanation. So I tried to see if I can provide feedback and the app only has Contact Us link which basically shows the app generic email. Pretty disappointing.
