The update is so poor, I do agree and update was needed to the old app in terms of look and feel, however the update is so confusing and almost seems so cluttered. It took me like 15 minutes to figure out where I can access Zelle in the new app. I won’t nitpick anything else in the app as it just rolled out so I know it may be missing a few things here and there, but I cannot see any PENDING transactions which is inexcusable to me. Especially after they had us in the dark for three whole days of not knowing what our balance looks like I was hoping to login today and see a clear picture of where I stand but I cannot see any pending transactions at all which is disappointing. What good is the new UI if the fundamentals are broken. Would rather have the old app back, hopefully they can update this app soon.

So the new app launched today, but the old app was taken out of service two days ago leaving customers with no online access to their accounts, now that it is launched, my bank statistics are all wrong and transactions aren’t even showing up and the help line and the bank both continue to send me to the other for assistance in which I’m getting NONE. So now I guess I’m supposed to go to a cash station to check my balance whenever needed….. guess it is time to try a different bank

App let me login and verify phone but crashed after asking for email verification. Gave me a warning that if I didn’t verify email right then I could never enter an email for verification again. From that moment every button I hit resulted in an error message. Now it’s not even allowing login. Had to go all weekend without information on account balances only to have a poor app rollout.
