So they all say communication is key but nobody communicates . Well some are good . The good ones are awesome and the bad ones are awful. They are definitely cheap , if you finish a job early you should get the full nte no matter what . I do not think it is legal to pay hourly to contractors unless we directly work for them but it’s possible they are in some type of grey. They expect so much and pay so little. I’m a world where you make more for average owners , than million dollar companies , we need to really come together and fight the corporate greed involved in something like this . In 2017 this company was awesome . I made 50 k a winter in contracts and paid my guys well for a small company. Now ughh . It’s absolutely insane .

The location service doesn’t work on iPhone either.

Not worth it

This will be the downfall of this company.

It wont let me enable my Location . App is pointless

DMGPRO is intended to drive the price down for services provided by the vendors. It will punish experienced and qualified providers.

Low balling company.

Horrible bugs have to log out of DMGPRO , or delete DMGPRO almost every time.

I’m a Licensed and insured contractor with many years of experience. The way this company conducts business is very difficult for many.
For the reason that
I’m the one that is Licensed
I’m the one with All insurances
I’m the one with upfront costs
Division Maintenance Group is only providing leads and paying below what the real cost of the job

App thinks site is at wrong location. Doesn’t work without constant internet and gps. Doesn’t give useful errors when it has issues.

Some of their account managers will mess you around pretend that they don't know what's going on, short you on money and they lie. This company is just sketchy in general this new app is absolutely awful it tries to streamline everything but it really just creates a lot of micromanagement and a lot of extra hurdles to jump. There are a few good accounts and a few good account managers but there are just as many awful account managers and kids who don't know what they're doing. The only reason I deal with this company is because they offer early pay, but they take a huge percent, if you can get enough business with other companies you would be much better off.

This company is the worst. They pay the lowest they have the shadiest project, managers, and the technicians they hire are just as bad. I can’t blame the technicians because anybody working at a rate that low can’t be qualified. In order for them to be in business, they have to be the shadiest bunch.

BEWARE we know this company is hiring cheap unlicensed workers and we know they are taking big profit while paying labor rates instead of company rates. When they receive WOs they are receiving large dollar amounts from the client to work with. We have reported this company to the proper authorities and directly to the clients.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company after doing two jobs now I have not been paid and I have been told if I want paid right away they will take 6% and fees or I can wait up to 60 days along with very little pay for skilled labor, as well as needing to purchase extra insurance

They don’t agree upon on the wages that are set estimates and proposals aren’t put in properly time to pay out. They don’t pay the agreed-upon amount. Would recommend working with Broadway international specially on the East Coast they rush to try and complete jobs but don’t give you the hours that you put a requested on their job because they rush you the whole time they shorted you tremendous amount of money

DMGPRO is full of bugs, annoying and frustrating to use. This company is one of the worst I have ever experienced in 20 years of commercial service. Be prepared to deal with a bunch of entitled children who just graduated college and have zero professional skills or business ethics. This company will slow pay or not pay at all if they can find a way. I regret ever working for them. One of the worst experiences of my career.

We do work for a lot of commercial vendors. The minimum going hourly rate is $100 an hour and trip charges are $75. This place will give you $50 an hour and $22 for a trip charge. This is laughable. Nobody ever has an issue with those rates, except this place. Even warranty companies will give you those rates. Not to mention they track your location on DMGPRO or you won’t get paid, and want 8 pictures or you won’t get paid. Steer clear from this place. We got sent the work order and didn’t even bother taking it.

DMGPRO has failed:
To remove glitch
And reinstall. When first installed app work accordingly but after some time it slows down frequently until it’s not responding and freezes. At this point I have to sign out log back in if that doesn’t work I have delete app from my device and reinstall. However DMGPRO is no longer sending the verification code via text to reinstall.

So far I have had an amazing experience with DMG Pro. I only had to signup on their website, upload my licenses and download DMGPRO . Then I get consistently matched to jobs and the rates they offer are always very good. Overall good chat support, somebody is always there to help you if some technical issue arises. Very simple and easy to understand app. Check in/check out process is fast and simple. DMGPRO is also getting better with every release. Excited to be a part of this!
