How to fix PikPic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PikPic app on iPhone
Update PikPic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PikPic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PikPic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PikPic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PikPic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PikPic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PikPic App
1. On android, goto Settings » PikPic » click [Force Stop]

Update PikPic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PikPic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PikPic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PikPic.

Fix PikPic unable to contact server/ PikPic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PikPic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PikPic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PikPic
