I can’t send sms or make call with my number for some days now. I have been getting a text that MY ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY BLOCKED FOR VIOLATING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES WHICH I AM NOT GUILTY OF. please help me resolve the issue.

How to fix Nextline app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nextline app on iPhone
Update Nextline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nextline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nextline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nextline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nextline Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nextline not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nextline App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nextline » click [Force Stop]

Update Nextline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nextline App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nextline » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nextline.

Fix Nextline unable to contact server/ Nextline internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nextline » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nextline » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nextline
