Burner Status

when i try to open the app, i get a screen that I have never seen before: it has a picture of 3 phones at the top and the following text "Your phone's other number. Pick your own phone number, Make unlimited calls, enjoy built in spam blocking" with a box to click "get started", when i click "get started" the next screen says "Sign in to burner"...with 3 options... option 1 is to enter in my burner phone number, option 2 is to sign in with google and option 3 is to sign in with facebook option 1 attempt results in text code sent to phone which i tried and and it kept "trying" to connect or open, but nothing options 2 and 3 results in nothing happening I almost feel my phone is trying to be hacked for information...i don't want to clear or uninstall for fear of losing my burner contacts..will i lose my contacts if i uninstall or clear data?

Why are my texts failing ? I was texting fine and then error message said texts failed.

I try to log in and it says request limit reached.

Not receiving my messages that were sent

i have ios 17.2 public beta and i tried the regular ios version - same thing. App keeps crashing randomly. App takes me to loading screen to put in the phone number but the code is texted to me, but app is frozen and i cant put in the code. Now its telling me to try later troo many requests or something. I spent alot of money now and its not right.`

I am not receiving all my messages, and sometimes extremely late. Just today I received messages from 2 people that they sent on Sunday!

notifications aren't working- settings on phone and app are all turned on, tried restarting and reinstalling but stil not getting notification badges or screen notifications

Cannot delete contacts, they keep coming back. I've contacted you guys several times to no avail, guess it's time to find another app to use

I just started a subscription with burner and now the app won't load

When I open the app it goes to a page that has a pic of 3 phones and some marketing info. I have restarted the phone. I have reloaded burner but to to avail

Burner app opens to one frozen screen and unable to use it. Tried to delete and reinstall several times. Seems others here are having the same problem.

My app keeps crashing. I tried restarting my phone, closing out and restarting the app, and just uninstalled the app and the reinstalled it with no improvement. When I click the "get started" button it just crashes the app.

Text messages are not working..only can receive messages...pls fix

Not sending getting 0 error messages

Burner won't send messages. There's an error code: "Burner.CommonError error 0"

iOS app won't load, crashes immediately. been that way for weeks. deleted reinstalled, nothing works. complete waste of $$$

Burner App crashes right away and won't load.

Cannot send/receive. Says Unable to send message The operation couldn't be completed. (Burner.Common-Error error 0.) Never had this issue in the many years I've used the app.

For some reason I'm getting a message that says request limit reached on what I assume is all of my lines I pay for 10 of them.. I tried three of the 10 and I got that message.... Honestly I'm only sending you this to let you know that this is the very first time I've ever had an issue with your app somebody needs a little bit of recognition for developing something that works so flawlessly 100% of the time, for a year. So I want to thank the developers of this app for making something that runs like my hooker girls stockings.... And just everybody knows, if you get the hunch that they're doing something behind your back and you got to go looking for it...... ......You already know

Texts not sending. Message: Request limit reached

A few minutes ago, I sent a few short texts from the Burner app to someone not using Burner app and they received multiples of my texts.

My texting quits allowing me to send messages but I can still receive them. I have the 10 number subscription and its as if they (you) are limiting the amount of texts I can send. Are you throttling my data?

My app keeps crashing about a quarter second into opening it. I’ve restarted and rebooted my iPhone twice. Don’t want to delete and reinstall because it has data I don’t want to lose. I have updated my iOS and burner app. What should I do?
