Nextline - Second Phone Number Reviews

I saw plenty of positive reviews, but when I tried it. I gave lots of opportunities but Nextline failed to live up to its claims. All I would get every time I text was “please contact Bandwidth to escalate your issue”

No! It’s you should be escalating it. I don’t want to see a issue every single time I send a message, it’s crazy. It’s like renting a car and the car fails and the rental office say, contact the dealer, not our issue we just rent it.

Spoke to Apple, kind enough to refund me. Deleted app. Sorry this app, get your act together and support when support is needed.

Having issue with my number always giving me problem while texting by saying you reach monthly limit and having issue of sending videos just wanted Nextline to be updated and get to fix all the Issue mentioned also having problems of changing number if all this problem is not fixed then I think Nextline doesn't have to get rated at all and am sure you gonna lose alot of people using your number just get things fixed that all😩💔🥺😩

Easy to set up, easy to use. We are so far happy with call quality, ease of set up and use and choices of phone numbers and area codes. Also Nextline has several easy to use features you would want for a second business line.

I had a yearly subscription on my account before you guys update Nextline when it stop working so now I restore purchase but you gave me another state number that I don’t want and it doesn’t even give me the option to change the number so pls you guys can help me out or something cuz I can’t use the number you gave me and my subscription can’t get wasted too and mind you I have already sent a message to your support

I’ve been enjoying this app for about a few months up until the end of October when all of a sudden you cant send text or call out any more, says we should contact bandwidth yadayada for assistance. That’s just bull, no costumer support, no response to review, they just went blank.
My guess is they probably folded Nextline or shutdown. Please don’t subscribe unless you know what happened to them for sure.
I can vouch for them though, they’ve been amazing so far but now i cant say.

I’m having problem with sending messages not going through it state (. We are having problem with our provider. It will be solved soon)… this problem occur since last week and still there can’t reply my new text still complaining about the same issues for the past five days now it is unfair because I’m getting text from family can’t reply to that it is very bad of your company

Been having problem with your text for 4 days now … saying having issue with your provider that you working on it and it will be fix soon. Kindly get them fixed

You guys didn’t give me an option to get a new number even after subscription

I love Nextline as it’s easily to text and the calling is okay but I give 1 star because of the picture issues 😔🥺cant received pictures from another person and if I sent a picture it just says sent not delivered which makes others not to see my picture sent also 😡I’ll definitely give 5 star ⭐️ only if that’s fixed up ☹️😣

My first subscription expired and I re-subcribed after my number expired and now I can’t text with my number anymore……

Nextline is bad. You can’t logout and login another account. You can’t send or receive videos. If you mistakenly press get started at first, you won’t be able to go back to tap on restore purchase till you uninstall and reinstall again. Create app like textnow

I can’t send a message or make a call…keeps saying it has a problem with the provider.

None of my messages are going through. It keeps saying it’s having problems with my provider. There’s nothing I can do other than just sit around and wait because they have no customer service connection, nothing.

I can’t give 0.1 star otherwise I would have given Nextline just that. It’s awfully useless app. After subscribing to it annually, it stops working. When I try to send text, it complains of bandwidth issued. Please stay away from Nextline even if it’s free. I can’t stressed this enough… it’s worthless!

I subscribe on my this app number but I was having trouble with message provider error please help me see to it and make sure I can send out messages and also receive too thank you.

What you do is to use Nextline to take peoples money from their account. Why don’t you put out all the info about Nextline out on your review details so that anyone who is interested will know about what he or she’s buying, but rather you hide things and wait for purchase then after you receive the money and the client ask for refund then you say is not eligible for refund. I advised everyone not to purchase for Nextline coz is a scam. Refund back my money if not I will destroy Nextline and you will regret it.

Plz may i know what’s going on with your app? Cos it’s been two days now that have been trying to send a text message with my this app number and it’s not going through but i still was able to receive message and it’s shows you’re having problem with your provider. Which you stated that you will be solving the issue soon. But you didn’t do anything till now.

You have to fix this ASAP or else you will be repotted and will lose a lot of customers.

Just got the option of having a second number and this was recommended. I hope it worth it!

this app is one of the most reliable apps and I’m really enjoying it but you can still impair a bit, like making copyitof texts on it possible and spontaneous showing emojis as you texts, but it’s a really excellent app

After changing my number for the third time I can’t change it anymore , why?

It’s says on Nextline information unlimited calls and SMS. But why do I have to still buy credits for calls and SMS

The new upgrade of Nextline is bad, whenever I want to open a new message, it scroll up automatically, I have to scroll down severally before I can see the last message, another issue is, your app show unlimited calling and sms, I don’t see any reason for me to buy credit again before I can text

I love this number because it is good to text but sometimes I pay

You get your second phone number in just one minute and it is easy even if you don’t have your own phone number yet. This is one of my favorite apps out there and don’t waste your time and download next line

I have been using the text app for few month but since last month I noticed my account was linked to someone else account. Once I clicked restore purchased someone else account will linked up to mine and I think once the other person also click restore purchased I will be automatically log out

At first when i stated using this number it was working perfectly on my phone but I later realized later it won’t let me send pictures anymore when I did it with take me back

I purchased a year subscription with the intent of using the line for a business. They have really cost me money because I can’t utilize the number. I reached out to them twice via their help prompt and through the Apple Store and nothing. I would like a refund so I can go use a company that is honest and deliver what they promise. I don’t write reviews but I had to. It’s so unfair!!! I paid for the services and I feel robbed.

I downloaded Nextline and I subscribe to it with a yearly subscription and what I can later discover is that I find it difficult to send pictures and app always force stop and keep repeating same error please check into this and fix things

My calls get dropped.
Sometimes I’m unable to place calls.
when I go to check my accounts I see my account balance maxed, but doesn’t Nextline offer unlimited calls and texting? Seems like a false claim. Sadly 😞

There is no such thing as a monthly subscription. It’s a scam they use to get people to pay for it. They assign a particular number of credits to you with the guise of a monthly subscription that actually gets exhausted within 3 or 4 days and they ask you to purchase again. There are cheaper and more honest options out there so I do not recommend.

I purchased the subscription to use the number for WhatsApp, as advertised. It doesn’t work. Nextline gives an option to change the number and I did twice but it still says “the phone number you entered is not valid in the United States”. I tried to reach out to customer support and got no response . What a waste of money .

My experience with Nextline has been nothing but shambles. After paying for a monthly subscription, I still need to buy some credit to call/text. Now the worst of it is that, when you buy a 150 credit, they split into two halves(call and text credit) and then charge both halves even when you only text. This is a horrible horrible horrible app and a fraud. I wish apple would pull it down. No thanks to their zero customer care😡

This guys take over 10$ for you as charged and give you credit to buy coins for text and calls again…. This is the biggest scam ever for a second phone ..Everyone should avoid Nextline cus they are scammers who will dry you up , you pay for everything from calls to text after they charge you a $9.99 dollars you will have to still buy credit for you to be able to text and call … I hope everyone avoids this phone app cus they are just scammers and nothing more pure scammers charging you over than a normal phone and still have to buy credit despite your $9.99 taking this is pure scam
