I tried to use this company for a funeral that took place on a Sunday. Because their webpage
Guarantee’s a 24/7 delivery due to their huge floral network. On my Saturday order they said they found a florist to took the order. No flowers showed up on Sunday. I had to track them down on Monday to find this out. And then they said they would only give me a partial rebate. I went to my bank and got a full rebate.
This business is just a Internet presence and broker’s orders for flowers. They have no real relationships with florists. And thus no real help in managing the florist.
And please don’t bother with your AI response “we’re sorry for this situation, please contact us”. I did for three days with you and you did nothing!

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. They were never delivered and there was no communication on the status of my order. When I reached out to customer service, they did not help me and stopped responding. Unacceptable customer service and terrible company

I waited 3 days to try and have a delivery made to a friend. Never happened. They don’t seem to have a good network at least in Colorado. Updates were slow and ultimately we had to cancel the order. You’re better served calling a local florist.
