No ending

I have read 2 of your books/stories and there’s no ending to the story. You have to press for the author to continue. For the amount of money that I have spent it’s unacceptable. I’m starting a third story now to see if will happen again. The 2 stories are the CEO unexpected pregnancy and the kiss that started it all. Currently reading I fell in love with my brother best friend. You add the ending to these stories and I will adjust my rating and review

They won’t charge you the monthly amount displayed on the page - they’ll charge you for the full year. They also don’t respond to the Contact Us process.
App won’t load.

I got the app because I found a story on Facebook that I had enjoyed reading. Only got to read for a day. Now when I try to open the app it is just a black screen with an icon of a white book with pages flipping. I assume this is the loading icon. But it never loads. Am going to cancel my subscription since I am not able to read anything. Why pay for a broken app?
