I bought coins and they never appeared. It was deducted from my card. I wrote in the application's chat but they never gave me an answer. They didn't even write to me.

I don’t want to pay for a year it’s too expensive

Downloaded app was enjoying my reading. Then it pops up to subscribe for so much a month. I was charged for a year and now the stupid app won’t open even after you “bug” fix. I deleted Fictio and re downloaded it and it still isn’t working. Not happy with the service any more.

I’m read in this application for one novel and when finished the chapter free is looking for more I need pay and subscription but It said I had to pay but I didn't see that it was for 100 and I said to pay when I saw that I had to pay that, it canceled the account in my Apple account and 10 days later they are charging me the 100 dollars. I don't know why they didn't cancel it and I have tried to cancel it and I can't and I want my money back because I canceled that same

Purchased and tried to get a refund since I can’t access anything and no representative is responding… no idea why I can’t receive my refund by now.

I got Fictio because I found a story on Facebook that I had enjoyed reading. Only got to read for a day. Now when I try to open Fictio it is just a black screen with an icon of a white book with pages flipping. I assume this is the loading icon. But it never loads. Am going to cancel my subscription since I am not able to read anything. Why pay for a broken app?

I have read 2 of your books/stories and there’s no ending to the story. You have to press for the author to continue. For the amount of money that I have spent it’s unacceptable. I’m starting a third story now to see if will happen again. The 2 stories are the CEO unexpected pregnancy and the kiss that started it all. Currently reading I fell in love with my brother best friend. You add the ending to these stories and I will adjust my rating and review

I paid for the unlimited reading for the year well that’s a lie they took my money and now I have to pay more to read on they’re app don’t trust them

Thought Fictio had the most stories I’d enjoy reading, I took a subscription…
I have been fighting with them for weeks for freaking credit …
Absolutely avoid Fictio

Engaging stories but many mistakes in book. Very careless editing. It’s like the author was overwhelmed and stopped correcting the mistakes.

Opportunities to both purchase coins and earn coins. Also options of yearly unlimited reading packages. Two books in so far and I have enjoyed both.
