Hi, I tried reading this book on Wattpad but the author said that, to read the rest of her book to go on this platform. I was excited to see and join another platform, but for two days I’ve had this app their has been nothing but problems. I have purchased coins twice and have not receive them and I tried writing you guys personally but your QandA page wouldn’t let be submit my troubles. I also tried signing in numerous of time and I keep getting a connection error and it’s not from my side. I hate not being able to help support this author and read her book but you guys are making it a real challenge. Please fix the problem. Thank you

I don’t know what happened, but I can access any books. It says sorry unavailable. It’s not just me. Others are trying to buy coins and it’s not working and they’re just losing money. I would recommend not buying anything and finding books is extremely hard. I’ve used this app a couple times before and it was great! Now everything is down the drain. I’ve recently read about them and another company they’re related to aka Dreame participating in scamming. Not 100% sure it’s true but worrisome none the less. Get your crap together FicFun.

I have attempted to purchase coins to read. I have screenshots to prove funds have gone through on both ends.. yet no coins! I have literally (stupidly) spent well over $100, and I have attempted to contact through the site and not so much of an attempt not even a whisper back!! So now I’m out money I can’t read what I want to and the handful of gifted coins will expire in 3 days and I have nothing I can spend them in! I’ll wait until Friday and if this isn’t resolved and/or fixed I’m reporting the app and deleting my acct!!
