I purchesed 25 coins for R65.99. First of all it went of twice on the banking app. Secondly I havent received any coins. Not the ones that I purchased or the second payments coins that went off my banking account. You owe me 50 coins. Please can u insure that I get my coins. ASAP.

I paid for the 200 coins in Oct. but it shows they were delivered, but never added to coins available to use. Please put them on since I paid for them. For some reason coins are being deleted. I read a the three episodes and got the 3 coins one night, the next day you had already taken them away saying expired. How. Some books go on for ever. plus you have to pay 3 coins for each episode which are a page at most. Having to add a new book every day for those 3 coins are making too many books in my list. Twice you have had books for coins that was a book I was reading. I could only read one episode because the next one was locked. Radish is getting too much trouble. When I finish a couple of books about to end I will have to delete radish. The ones you have had going forever I'll just end them the way I think they should in my mind. PLEASE either return my 9.99 plus tax for Oct or activate them for use. Shelby Grasse

Signed up for ASPCA at 7PM to earn 458 coins. Have recieved email confirming my credit card signup but have not recieved coins. Please check into this.

Back when Radish started the coins sales, I purchased 2 packages, bought pretty close to 300 coins during that sale. One night I went to bed excited about how I was going to use my coins, then woke up and 181 of them were gone. They actually took my coins and put them towards a book series, that I can't even get past the 5th chapter of the 2nd book. They never gave me back my coins, but gave me 6 coupons for a pay to read book I was reading, like that somehow would fix the fact. I used to have the subscription and bought coins on top of that, spent about $50 a month. After that I cancelled my subscription and don't buy coins. They are also now screwing their authors. The people who work their butts off for this app, so people have content to read. Alot of Authors are taking their books to other platforms. Radish seriously needs to get it together.

None of the stories are coming through And so y’all took my unused coins that I paid for

On the 16 th of February I had 196 coins as I am on monthly. So I got my 200 coins and you guys took 140 coins. This is terrible. If I don’t receive my coins back I will contact my credit card and cancel and delete your app.

The app keeps trying to get me to read a different story. Then it will not let me access the books I am reading. It pops up continue reading ornext chapter. It will not change. I cannot get it to change. Been like this for over a week. Please correct the problem.

I am now onto chapter 1084 of The Billionaires Surrogate. The book is getting ridiculous and seems to be being written just to put any old words on the page. There is no continuity, 12 month (or more) pregnancies, children who do not age and wrong names used frequently along with characters who just disappear. The book has gone on to long and needs to come to an end, it is turning into “The Never Ending Story” and is losing readers. People want and ending to a book, especially one this long that is literally falling apart. Other writers are not getting their books read because readers are waiting for this book to END. IT IS TIME. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO BRING THIS TO A CLOSE SO WE CAN GET TO THE END AND FINISH IT. We just want the book to be finished. It’s just getting stupid and the “story” has become trite and boring. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Thanks, Wendy Schutze

I was reading the billionaires surrogate and got all the way to episode 926, it told me I had to purchase coins to read the last 30 episodes and than it wouldn’t let me read them, it kept trying to get me to read something else. This is a terrible site and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I simply deleted the application after trying to contact customer service through email and phone. This application should be banded off the internet they advertise it as a free read but it is not free you have to wait an hour to get new episodes that only amount to 1/2 to a page long and as I stated when you get to a certain point it won’t let you go on. Contacted my credit card to have purchased reversed for the coins I brought and never could use. I give radish no stars for a rating because they shouldn’t be on the internet or in playstores at all

I was read as I go and I am getting charges on my card and haven't read anything in a while. I want a refund and this to never happen again

Started reading the Dragons Baby and waiting for updates for 2 months
