I deposited my money into BloFin using the correct process, and everything went smoothly at first. However, when it came time to withdraw my funds, I encountered numerous issues. Despite completing the identification authentication steps, I still haven’t been verified, leaving my money stuck in the app.
The withdrawal process is nowhere near as seamless as depositing money, and the lack of timely support has only added to my frustration. This experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend BloFin based on my experience.
If BloFin can resolve this issue and streamline their processes, I’d be open to reconsidering. For now, I would advise others to be cautious before using the platform.

I only opened an account to get the $GUMMY airdrop. I tried out all the features and I know how to use the app just fine. My problem is that you have to transfer between spot, funding, futures, etc before you can make any moves. Extremely frustrating and time consuming when you’re trying to trade. They also won’t let you use your entire balance when moving money or purchasing. For example if you have a $1 you’ll only be able to use .85 to .90 cents and the rest is stuck there. It’s just change but it’s also a form of theft ! I transferred my $GUMMY out of it and it cost me 50 $GUMMY ($10). Ridiculous, criminals !

I have tried submitting tickets and emailing them multiple times about a deposit issue I had. I used the correct destination address but accidentally used the wrong tag number. I did research and figured out there’s a way they can fix it if you contact them. I emailed and submitted tickets on their “help” page, and have received no response. If it wasn’t for the complete lack of help I’d give them 5 stars for sure.
