Won $158 on my very first bet. Tried to cash out and it says withdraw failed. I contacted support and they said there were no “Ohio specialists” available at that time. And they would be available the next day 10am-10pm. So here it is the next day and still no Ohio specialists available. I asked why they weren’t available during the times I was told that they would be and their response was, they are undergoing system updates. Needless to say, once resolved, I won’t be using this app.

I was rewarded the bonus bets for 200 on the 6th of June and the bets said they expire on the 8th. Which was odd because I use a lot sites and that seems rushed. So I used the bets and picked a lot of stuff on the 7th. I had one left and then the date changed to the 13th. So I reached out and was told that it was a display error and I would get a 10 dollar bet. To me that’s crazy because I only used the bets so quickly because I figured they only lasted 1 day. Do better. I know it’s beta but that’s an issue.

Before you sign up make sure you read the expiration dates. They state that you have 7 total days to use them but in reality the system will show that you only have 24 hours to use them. It is a system error and apparently you are suppose to go to an agent and ask them to extend your expiration date. A lot of challenges to go through when it is an error on their part…
