DO NOT PLAY THIS APP!!!!! I have been playing fanatics for over 6 months. Last week I deposited 5k into the app, and the money showed up in my account, when I closed out the app and re-entered the money was gone. I have a VIP account rep since I have wagered over $600k. He began helping and even admitted that their tech was faulty (His name is Kris). He identified the issue, promised my money would be returned within and hour, then later stated that I would need to go through customer service to retrieve my funds and he could no longer help me. Customer service has been no help. I’m currently out $5,000 and now having to get my bank and an attorney involved. Use other apps, as I have used many and have never been treated this way, especially considering how much I gamble. A local paper has reviewed the proof of transactions and has agreed to write a story about my experience and the danger of Fanatics Casino. DO NOT PLAY THIS APP!!!

This app is a giant scam. I originally signed up because they were doing a sign on promotion bet $20 get $200 fancash. I successfully placed my bet and got the $200 fancash. What was not mentioned anywhere on the app was that once you convert your fancash to bonus bets you have to bet the whole amount. You cannot split it up like you can on other apps. I thought maybe I missed something but I even went into the fine print and found nothing saying this. I contacted customer support asking if it is possible to revert the transaction since i had not placed a bet with bonus. They never got back to me and the bonus bets were about to expire so like any rational person would I used it before they were gone for good. It was not until after me bet had settled that customer support decided to respond to my initial message saying that “since i had placed a bet there was nothing they can do.” I EMAILED YOU ALL DAYS BEFORE I PLACED THAT BET AND WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO PLACE IT SO YOU ALL COULD GET BACK TO ME AND AVOID THIS WHOLE SITUATION. Moral of the story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Took my account for security reason because a deposit failed customer service keep saying the same stuff to wait 24-72 hours 4 days later I still haven’t got an email I have contacted them numerous times to get my account back and it’s like there bots they say the exact same thing every time I liked it at first but after my experience DONT DOWNLOAD
