How to fix Widja app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Widja app on iPhone
Update Widja app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Widja iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Widja on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Widja network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Widja Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Widja not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Widja App
1. On android, goto Settings » Widja » click [Force Stop]

Update Widja to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Widja App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Widja » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Widja.

Fix Widja unable to contact server/ Widja internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Widja » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Widja » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
