How do I stop my payments going through for the app

I just bought SnapTik from the app store and am trying to download a tiktok into the app to remove the watermark. All videos on my account (@tsfaction) are public and viewing is set to "Everyone" so privacy settings are correct. However, when I paste any video's Tik link into the app and then "Get Video", it says "Failed to save video! Please make sure your video is public, then try again." I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, made sure both apps are updated. Everything. It's still not working. Please help.

How to fix SnapTik app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SnapTik app on iPhone
Update SnapTik app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapTik iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapTik on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapTik network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SnapTik Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SnapTik not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SnapTik App
1. On android, goto Settings » SnapTik » click [Force Stop]

Update SnapTik to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapTik App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SnapTik » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SnapTik.

Fix SnapTik unable to contact server/ SnapTik internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SnapTik » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SnapTik » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapTik
