At first they were great. They responded in a timely manner and sent me my birth control on time. But as I was nearing the end of my last pack, I logged into my account and it said my next refill would be shipped out in a couple days. So I waited a couple days. No text or anything telling me my birth control has shipped. They always send me a text with a tracking link when my birth control ships. I logged back into my account and it still said preparing for shipment but the ship date had already passed a couple days. I was getting nervous because I only had less than a week to get a new pack started. I texted customer support like I usually do and I got no answer. I contacted them on Feb 4th and they did not answer until Feb 9th! Terrible customer service if you ask me. I have bad phone anxiety so I do not like calling/talking on the phone, that’s why I always text them. They told me due to the weather my shipment was delayed, ok but how does the weather have anything to do with not contacting me back? At least let me know earlier to keep me in the loop. My birth control pack shipped on a Wednesday and said it was going to arrive on Monday. But it did not. So now I have gone 3 days without starting a new pack due to them not sending me my birth control when they said they would. Timing is very important when it comes to birth control. I think they they need to send out your new packs way more in advance just in case. Because I’m supposed to be 3 days in a new pack and now I’m getting spotting due to not taking any pills. UGH!! Do better Pill Club.
