I have personal account & my company has account. The location in Dyersburg used to do a great job but within the last month or so it is awful. One lane stays broke down alot but the car was does not clean, rinse or dry good. All the people are nice but it's the car wash machine that doesn't hit alot of spots, leaves soap all over & doesn't dry. The towels that you use to wipe inside & windows are very wet so it streaks windows. It is probably worn out because it stays full most of time.

I visited your Oakland,TN location on 11/19/25 for a $24 one time car wash. The next day I was looking at my online banking and I was charged $24 three (3) separate times on that day. The employee ran my card several times at the machine when you pull up and said it’s not working. She went into the office and ran my card. Please contact me to resolve this urgent matter.

I have been double charged for three months now. I've talked to the car wash multiple times with no help. They keep saying they are aware of the problem or they aren't able to help- to come when somebody else is working. I have emailed them with no response. I can't find a number to call.

I was visiting Memphis in Dec 2024 and had my car washed at the Take 5 on Summer Dr. I paid with Debit card and went on my way. I've just discovered that unknown to me I was signed up for a membership. The manager tried to sell it to me and I told him I was out of state and wouldn't be back. I've been charged $22 for 9 months. $198. i'd like a refund and a cancellation.. Thanks

No one told me my "Five car wash" for $27 was a monthly fee deducted from my credit card without my knowing it. I am unable to cancel online because I don't have an IPhone and take texts. Unable to reach any customer service. Now I have to cancel my existing card to get rid of this unethical business model.

I have been a loyal customer for over two years with Take5Wash. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks when I started to receive notifications from my bank that my expired debit card was ran through my bank 12 times in a week and a half. I contacted the location I frequent several times and no one answered the phone. I get back to the states, go to the location I frequent, and inquire with the staff, as to why no one actually reached out to me to verify my card or even ask for updated card information. I was told by staff that they have no contact or contact information with corporate for Take5Wash. This is ludacris! Very disappointed with the customer service provided through Take5Wash. I felt as though the owner of that location or if not in fact, corporate should have reached out to me via phone. Take5Wash, you must do better with your customers if you want to continue to do business…and thrive!

You're ripping the entire city of defiance off... everyone is paying for the premium wash.. and they're not getting it... better business bureau, defiance county economic development, defiance area chamber of commerce, defiance city and city, county and community council, defiance development and visitors bureau, city of defiance, the crescent news , any and all business's that are affiliated with a business contract with you, and anyone else I deem necessary will be notified you're stealing from them by not providing the full wash just because you're not providing the product and or products that you say you're waiting on getting delivered... I've contacted you more than 5 times total, I have call logs, recordings, reports to the wash associates that provide internet service to recommend a fix for your wash, and still nothing has been done about it..

My husband Michael Gibson gave his all to this car wash worked a job of 3 men most days worked by himself. Management isn’t loyal to their employees AT ALL and Megan didn’t fire James King when he threatened Josiah an that young man was terrified. If your not kissing her behind she’ll conjure up a reason to let you go. It’s sad that my husband gets fired behind not working ONE DAY. If she say anything else she’s a liar Megan need to be fired because she has favoritism loyalty isn’t considered nor appreciated Michael neglected his family for TAKE 5 car wash so many day but that’s my husband LOYAL TO S FAULT. Please don’t consider working for them at least not in Murfreesboro you’ll never get the appreciation you deserve.
